I get great sound from such a small item. It's easy to set up and use. My only complaint is that it's not compatible with Verizon Fios and have to use a separate sound remote (it comes with the sound bar).

I was auditioning several soundbars at the time, and wasn't that thrilled with any of them. Luckily, the sales consultant steered me to this one, which was on a deep discount (closeout??). I had thought about getting a surround sound bar this time around, but the overall sound quality of this one, and finally a soundbar with a decent sub without breaking the bank, and I was hooked. Had it in the house for a couple weeks now, and totally satisfied with it. Grab one on sale if you get a chance.

I would like to give this a five, but can't, and that is because the base cabinet has a rattle to it, and it doesn't have to be that loud. Also, I probably would've been more disappointed and given it a 3 star rating if I paid full price for it. Otherwise, the sound quality is fabulous, and the volume output is pretty good. The one thing that really sets this system apart is that it has a voice section in the center of the bar, almost like a built in center channel. On top of that, the remote comes with a section to control that center bar section. So if there's a lot of background sound you can increase the level of the voices.

Great sound bar for living ,family, game room area. I've run a jbl 12 inch sub using the sub out in the back and splitter for the 8 inch sub. Sounds great...

Sound bar and subwoofer are pretty good on their own. When you add additional Polk Omni S2s you can have a pretty awesome indoor/outdoor sound system. I added 8 additional S2s wireless and wired all over the house and pool area. Sound quality is very good, great for parties.

First, I originally purchased the Polk MAGNIFI MINI SOUND BAR and posted a good review. Unfortunatly after two weeks, the sub went out, too bad. My B.B. did not have another one, so the rep. showed me this Polk. It was on sale for $350. This was a jump in price, but he told me they added Bluetooth and you could add speakers later. I was skeptical about the bluetooth "adaptor", but have had the unit4 days now and everything works great. I do agree that music sounds better through playfi, but I also like not depending solely on my wifi network, and I enjoy free Spotify and the Bluetooth allows me to do that. Polk did themselves a favor and threw this adaptor in and repackaged it as "sb1 Plus" I am very skeptical of syncing other speakers to create the 5.1 like the other reviewer has pointed out issues, but for now this will work and hopefully they will upgrade software to catch up to Sonos. For the life of me I cannot figure out why only one company in the world can figure out how to do networking correctly, but then again that's why they can charge over twice as much for lesser speakers. Overall, very satisfied with the sound and extra capability of this Polk and I really like the voice control, it works really well. I would really give this 4 and a half stars right now.

I found this sound bar at half off and figured I would give it a try. I now realize that my living room might be too big for this and it would work better in a smaller room. I like the separate channel for the voice volume in the sense that it actually improves your ability to hear the people talk over the background music. Overall I like it but I would love it if it had wireless rear speakers for full surround sound at the price I got it for. I would love surround sound but not for $1500-2000

I picked this up right after Black Friday on sale. Had a few quirks while setting it up such as the ir remote wouldn’t function, but I was able to use my television remote instead to control the soundbar ( something I already was planning on doing). The sound is good and the bass from the subwoofer isn’t over powering.

Sound quality is amazing. I really didn't expect the bass to be as good as it is also!

Upgraded from an older Bose home theater system. Relatively easy set up, though you had to access some o of the directions through their website which a simple set up guide included in the box would have solved. Great sound and I love the Music vs. Movie one button set up option on the remote. Remote somewhat small and feels relatively cheap in relation to the cost of the overall system. I am guessing Polk assumes most people will control their system via their smartphone...which I am not a big fan of. Minor complaints to an overall excellent soundbar system. Subwoofer is solid and brings the bass.

I tried 2 other soundbars and returned them both. This bar was very easy to set up and it sounds fantastic. The center speaker has voice control so you don't need to have the volume up to hear dialogue. I would recommend this bar.

We purchased this to go with our new TV. When this works, the sound is awesome. However, when geek squad set this up with the tv they never properly linked it so it does not turn on when it suppose. I have to trouble shoot to relink everytime. We called to get this fixed however they were unable to troubleshoot so they wanted to charge us for coming out . We paid for the extra services however we were misled. When we really want to use it well spend time trouble shooting for good movie. We did read online that signal gets lost with other tv as well but when it does turn on and links the sound quality is pretty amazing.

The surround sound works great helps you be apart of what you are watching. The ability to quiet the background noise so you can better hear what the people are saying on the show is great! My only complaint is that it didn't come with a cord for the sub and without the cord that is basically useless.

Good product for the price, comes with subwoofer. Sometimes get disconnected from bluetooth devices though, great bass, sound quality

We previously were using the Vizio soundbar at the same price point which gave us problems from the very beginning. We have only had this for 2 weeks but so far it has been reliable with great sound and connectivity.

I researched several Samsung bars, LG bars and others before buying this one. As a matter of fact I was about to purchase a Samsung bar that was a little cheaper when the sales rep demo-ed this one and immediately I was sold. At first the voice channel was too loud when I set it up and I had to go back to the store for advice. Now all is well. A few things I don't like are (1) A download had to happen right out the box to update firmware. (2) It's a little complicated programming the sound bar to work with your TV remote, Streaming devices via bluetooth and internet. (3) I can't seem to get the sound bar to change the volume if I am watching something on Netflix or Roku. It works fine if I am watching TV - volume, mute, and power respond. The quality of the sound from this bar and the woofer are better than anything I heard before. The fact that the sub and voices have their own volume is a definite plus. The sub also has a volume knob on it to get even louder. My neighbors are going to hate my movie nights now.

It was easy to set up and install. It did not include the brackets to hang it on the wall. I like the feature that allows it to adjust just the voice volume. It could be louder.

I bought this item on sale for a huge discount. Got home, easy setup, sounds great. Satisfied with my purchase

This sound bar is a definite improvement in listening to our TV. Hard to review the product based on the fact that we wear hearing aids and sound quality is compromised.
