Q: Can this be used on Bluetooth for the road?

A: I do so all the time.

Q: What form of charger comes with this device? This headset at work has a charging station/holder that it sits on to charge..... does this one come with a stand too or just the charging cord?

A: Mine came with only the charging cord. The stand would have to be purchased. I use this at work. The head set tells you how much battery life you have counting down starting from 12 hours. The cord is enough for me as I plug in the charger overnight or during my lunch hour.

Q: Can this device work with soft phones IE; Avaya WE can not use Blue tooth due to security but can use USB if we can connect to AVAYA. What is out there that I can buy? for a wireless headset?

A: Hello, You can use this either bluetooth/or using the wireless dongle transmitter through usb. Very easy setup

A: I do so all the time.

Q: Does this work with Microsoft teams? And also does it work with Genesys call center calls?

A: V4310 Works with Teams and Genesys except for the mute. Haven't got it to work.

Q: Is it compatible to be connected with two devices at once cellphone and computer?

A: Yes, it does feature multipoint technology.

Q: Can this headset work with a Macbook Pro and HP Workbook? I have a Windows and Mac setup so I need to be able to flip between Mac and PC
