The Poly VVX EM50 Expansion Module (2200-48890-025) is designed exclusively for the Poly VVX 450 business IP phone, transforming it into a high-performance attendant console for receptionists, telephone attendants, and administrative staff who manage high call volumes. The module adds 30 multifunctional line keys with dual-color (red/green) illuminated LEDs, configurable as line registrations, call appearances, speed dials, direct station select (DSS), or busy lamp field (BLF) keys. Three page keys expand total capacity to 90 programmable appearances. Up to two VVX EM50 modules can be attached to a single VVX 450, providing up to 60 additional line keys. A 5-inch TFT LCD display with 480x800 WVGA resolution delivers a sharp visual interface. The module connects to and is powered through the VVX 450 via USB — no external power adapter required. Compatible with Skype for Business when used with supported configurations. Requires UC Software 5.8.2 or later. Includes desk stand, interconnection bracket, and screws.
