Not for Minolta cam, store won't process refund.

Purchased from website. Battery did not fit Minolta camera. Filed for refund. Received return instructions. Per instructions, took battery and return documentation to store. Store personnel stated store cannot process refund. If I wanted refund, must use shipping option (FedEx for this refund request). Very disappointed in this process. Battery description was incorrect. Return instructions were inaccurate. Store personnel unable to resolve problem. Overall experience was very bad.
