A: We do our very best to provide adequate assembly instructions including illustrations, etc. There are 13 assembly steps (14 if you count registering the equipment). The steps include putting on the front and back bases, the upright, the arms and legs, the handle bars, and the console. Q: What is the step on or step up height? Need to know for low ceiling height.
A: The lowest pedal height is 12 inches from the floor which makes the opposite pedal between 21 and 22 inches off of the floor. This elliptical also has a tilting wheel ramp feature which will change the pedal path to be more verticle.

A: You can use the machine and operate it with its own user functions but, if you want to use the I fit software you have to sign up for it.
