When we arrive at your home, we'll evaluate the service area and discuss the scope of work to ensure that the services purchased meet your needs and expectations. If they don't, we'll recommend solutions.
Your service includes delivery to a room serviced by an elevator or up to the third floor. Then, we’ll unbox your new projector to prepare for the next steps of the installation service.
Based on the projector’s capabilities and the desired screen size, we’ll help choose the best placement for your projector and mount it to a standard frame ceiling with a drywall surface. Once mounted, we’ll connect the power cable to an existing electrical outlet.
Concealing cables in the wall/ceiling or moving an electrical outlet isn’t included, and power cables can’t be concealed within the wall.
We'll connect one new or existing projector to your video components in a single room.
After the projector and video devices are connected, we'll add them to your existing wireless network and perform the necessary software or firmware updates.
Once connected to the network, we'll configure up to two smart streaming services as needed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc.) and assist in setting up your associated user accounts.
Our installers will program manufacturer or service provider remote controls (DirectTV, Xfinity, etc.) and consolidate for ease of use where possible.
We'll make sure that all wires and cables are neatly dressed and that wire ties are used when necessary.
Once the services are completed, we’ll perform a system demo to show you the features and benefits of your new technology. We’ll answer any questions you may have and discuss additional solutions that will improve your big screen experience.
After the installation, we'll clean up the work area and remove any packaging your products came in. We'll haul away and recycle your old TV or projector if it was included in the order or is available to order during the appointment.
