I've been wearing ProsourceFit ankle weights for over three months now and I can definitely feel the difference. My calves feel tighter and I don't get fatigue easily from walking long distance. I wear them while I work during the week - both standing and sitting. I sometimes wear them around my wrists, in lieu of holding regular weights, when I do my Pilates at home. It frees up my hands, so I feel safer when I need to be in a position that makes me unsteady. I love these ankle weights and highly recommend them!
