For the price, I think it's a good drone for beginners. With the auto take off and landing, it makes for easy control. And it has a camera for stills and video. The only down side is the short flight time, 7 mins. Comes with an extra battery and propellers and guards . I plan on going bigger after much practice with this one.

For what it is and what it will cost you I honestly don't think this drone can be beat. I will go over some pros and cons for potential buyers to review. Pros: -Great flight stability. Remember, this is not a GPS drone and while it will maintain a relatively stable altitude, it will drift. Also don't be surprised when it drifts in the wind even a slight breeze, this is normal. -Drone has three different speed settings. This is particularly good for beginners in that you are able to slow down the control response while you learn. I was very impressed with the speed and maneuverability in high speed mode. The only downside to beginner mode is that the drone was unable to make headway in a breeze in excess of 8-10mph. -The LED lights are just really cool and make it a blast to play with at night. -Comes with two batteries. -The controller is very impressive and is something you would typically see with a more expensive drone. -The protocol website has just about every replacement part available, and batteries are only $10. -Has land/takeoff button Cons: -Battery life, currently I am only getting 6-8 min of solid flight. Wish it was longer. -Camera, while its hard to complain here knowing the price point, the camera is just awful. I didn't buy it for filming so I'm not going to take away from this drone's rating because the camera is bad. -Range, this drone is programmed that when it goes out of range it will begin to slowly land. My typical range has been between 100-120 ft before that happens. I consider the range okay at best. So overall I am impressed, for the money I would certainly recommend this drone. However, if you are buying this to film your vacation or take family photos I can assure you that it is not a good economical replacement to drones made by DJI, Parrot, Autel, ETC...

Bought this for my 8yr old very easy for him to fly takes pictures and video! Does well indoors and outdoors! Only con is doesn’t stay charged for long but it does come with 2 batteries so you can charge one while your using the other.

This was a great starter drone for my son. It was inexpensive and sufficiently durable for a child to make mistakes on. Easy to operate and stable for in home use my son loved flying this around in the house and taking pictures of family and pets. I do not recommend for flight during a windy day and the drone does not have direct link capabilities to smart phones witch would have been nice. Still the price is unbeatable and now we know for shure that my son likes to fly drones.

Read instructions, follow instructions for every flight. If you fly a lot you'll be fine. Make sure to start flying in open area. Don't try to bite off too much at once. Stick to basics until get good. I love the drone. Its fun. Downside shooting, camera doesn't like direct sunlight.

Great drone for a first timer looking to get a feel for the controls. Obviously not made for fine photography or extended flight, this drone is perfect to dip your toes and discover if you’re ready to make the investment in a full size model.

I currently own a Maverick Pro but bought this drone for my nephew. At first I had a hard time getting to drone to simply hover, it would take off quickly in any random direction but after a few tweaks from the remote I was able to get it flying within 20 minutes. I’m spoiled with my Maverick being able to hover at an extra location and maybe expected more out of this one. Tho I only paid $40 for this drone and $1,200 for my maverick. I think it’s the perfect starter drone for my nephew. I wish I could find more batteries as they last less then 10 minutes and take close to an hour to recharge. I would love to know where I could get more batteries

Bought this for fun and to get into flying drones. It’s extremely simple to start up and use for someone who has never used one before. However, the camera quality is really bad it says 720p but doesn’t look like it. The battery does pretty quick also. Nonetheless, for the price I got what i wanted: a cheap starter to get a feel for flying and now onto looking for a next level drone.

For the price point, this drone is amazing! It is simple for beginners, to control, and even to take pictures and video. It does take a little hand-eye coordination, but if you practice...it is awesome. I purchased this as a gift for my middle school daughter. She absolutely loves it! It can take a crash or 3 and not have any issues, too! The only drawback - a 5 to 6 minute battery life while flying. :-( For the cost, I would recommend!

I bought this drone in a door buster. I got the last piece and the box looked like it was open but they assured me it wasn't. When I took it home, I found the drone was already damaged and the remote control had starches on them. I wouldn't have known if I didn't check some internet videos. The only reason I am giving it two stars was because of the price that I paid. Also the drone was making noise when I took it off the box. when I removed the battery to plug it in, I found a piece of plastic inside the drone. Not happy with the experience at all.

Bought it for my 10yr old. Great beginning drone. Handles good & has a good speed. Camera isn't the best but couldn't pass it up for the price.

I got this drone for 25 dollars when it went on the holiday sale and am very satisfied with my purchase. Definitely not high end quality (no screen to see what you're filming), but for 25 (now 80 dollars), you get what you pay for. Very fun to fly and easy to learn, great first drone if you are undecided on investing a lot of money into one!

Keeping it nice and short the simple fact is that this drone is really good for flying indoors for beginners. The camera is poor quality but who would buy this drone if you are in it for high-quality pictures. It literally states 480p on the box. It's definitely fun to fly around and has about a 6 minute flight time per battery. Again, NOT a good choice for pictures.

It is far more acceptable to use this for fun than professional reasons. The wind will carry it easily and the battery is a pain to get inside the frame. The camera is quite abysmal, so I definitely do not recommend if that’s your priority. However, if you are looking for something to fly, this drone is quick and agile. I have also ran it into a shed and the ground a time or two and it appears to hold up quite well.

This is my first drone and I love it. The thing can be improve is the battery size. It is not able to take out or put in after charging or use. Otherwise it is an eye catching toy in the park.

I bought this when it was on sale because I couldn’t pass on the price. I thought the drone itself was going to be bigger but it’s a decent size. Although the remote to control it I would say is bigger than the actual drone. Other than that it was great for the price I got it at.

I am no drone expert but I have shopped for them and found most of them to be ridiculously expensive. This one is actually priced reasonably and serves it’s purpose. It’s not a fancy drone ! I feel it’s a great starter ! It’s the only one I’ve seen that can be used for fun &/or as a starter to see if this should be a hobby to invest on Before you drop major bucks! For me personally, it’s scary to operate- due to lack of experience with it. My husband enjoys it & is not scared Bc he’s gotten used to operating a drone. It’s a great starter or for some who just wants to play around with a cool toy!
