I ordered these. But my box didn’t come with the 2 longs screws to assemble completely. Any suggestions?
Answered by Pyle Product ExpertMost likely this is a missing hardware issue, not a defect with the stand itself. For the PSTND35 speaker stand, the assembly normally includes: ✔ 2 long hex bolts (for the base to upright shaft) ✔ Washers ✔ Allen wrench ✔ Smaller screws for the top mounting plate The two long screws are essential main assembly parts, so if they are not in your box, they were likely: missed during packing, or stuck in the packaging foam or taped inside a separate plastic hardware bag (common with this model)
