QIDI PLA Rapido is a next-generation PLA filament engineered for high-speed FDM printing. Compared with ordinary PLA, its modified formula requires lower extrusion pressure, delivering fast, consistent flow at print speeds up to 400mm/s with less stringing and a smooth, delicate printed surface. Every spool of 1.75mm filament is produced with a minimum dimensional tolerance of plus or minus 0.02mm, so the material feeds evenly and resists clogging from the first layer to the last. The filament is wound with fully mechanical winding and passes strict manual inspection to prevent tangling and line breaks, then vacuum sealed in a moisture-proof package so it stays dry and tough even in long-term storage. Made from renewable plant-starch raw materials, PLA Rapido prints odorless and pollution-free, with a low melting point and low shrinkage that means no heated bed is required and parts stick reliably both to the bed and layer to layer. Recommended settings: 220 degrees C nozzle temperature, 30-60 degrees C bed temperature (or no bed heating), 200-400mm/s print speed, and part cooling fan on. Compatible with all FDM 3D printers that use 1.75mm filament.
QIDI PLA Rapido is a newly developed high-speed PLA optimized for print speeds up to 400mm/s. Its modified formula requires lower extrusion pressure than ordinary PLA, producing fast extrusion, low waggle, less stringing, and a smooth delicate surface.
Each 1.75mm filament spool is held to a minimum dimensional tolerance of plus or minus 0.02mm. The consistent diameter keeps filament flowing homogeneously through the nozzle, preventing clogs and ensuring smooth feeding and smooth outflow from start to finish.
The spool is fully mechanically wound and passes strict manual inspection, so the line lays tidy with fewer tangles and breaks. Vacuum-packed with desiccant in a moisture-proof bag, the filament stays dry and tough and is not easy to break even after long-term storage.
Made from renewable plant-starch raw materials, this PLA has a low melting temperature and prints odorless and pollution-free. Its low shrinkage and strong adhesion mean it sticks well to the bed and between layers, and prints reliably even without a heated bed.
Print at a 220 degrees C nozzle temperature with a 30-60 degrees C bed (bed heating optional), 200-400mm/s print speed, and part cooling fan on. Remove filament through the feed hole after use to avoid tangles. Works with any FDM 3D printer that accepts 1.75mm filament.
