The QIDI Plus5 is an enclosed CoreXY 3D printer built for makers and engineers who need engineering-grade materials without a production-scale footprint. Its 320 x 320 x 300 mm build volume is 18 percent larger than the previous generation in nearly the same machine footprint, while the third-generation independent chamber heater (550W, up to 65 degrees C) and 370 degrees C bimetal hotend print ABS, ASA, PA, PC, PPS-CF, and carbon fiber composites with minimal warping. A load cell sensor integrated into the hotend delivers hands-free automatic leveling and true zero-offset first layers, and the 3-in-1 air filtration system (G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA, and coconut shell activated carbon) captures 99.5 percent of airborne particles for safe indoor use. The Plus5 adds an AI camera with failure detection and timelapse, dual-band 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi, a 500W silicone heated bed reaching 120 degrees C, and RGB status lighting. Compatible with the QIDI Box multi-material system for multi-color printing and soluble supports, with full QIDI Studio, OrcaSlicer, and PrusaSlicer support.
