The QIDI Q2 is a fully enclosed CoreXY 3D printer built for makers, engineers, and classrooms. Its 270 x 270 x 256 mm build volume handles large single-piece models, while the second-generation active PTC chamber heating (up to 65 degrees C) and 370 degrees C bimetal hotend support PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, PA, PC, and carbon fiber composites with minimal warping. A load-cell auto-leveling system delivers zero-offset first layers out of the box, and the 3-in-1 air filtration (G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA, and activated carbon) captures 99.5 percent of airborne particles for safe indoor operation. MET certified to US and Canadian safety standards, with 1080P AI camera monitoring and 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and USB connectivity.
Prints at up to 600mm/s with 20,000mm/s2 acceleration. The CoreXY motion system, X-axis linear guide rail, custom 1.5GT belt, and dual independent Z lead screws keep the toolhead stable at high speeds, so you get smooth surfaces and precise details without long print times.
The bimetal hotend with ceramic throat reaches 370 degrees C and the second-generation active PTC chamber heater reaches 65 degrees C, so ABS, ASA, PA, PC, PPS-CF, and carbon fiber composites print with minimal warping. The 120 degrees C heated bed pairs with a dual-sided textured PEI plate for strong first-layer adhesion.
A load cell sensor built into the hotend turns the nozzle itself into the leveling probe, delivering true zero-offset first layers with no manual calibration. Ships fully assembled and ready to print in minutes, with a 4.3-inch color touchscreen for simple operation.
A G3 pre-filter, H12 HEPA filter, and coconut shell activated carbon filter work together to capture 99.5 percent of airborne particles and reduce odors, making it safe to print ABS and other fume-producing materials at home or in the classroom. The Q2 is certified to US and Canadian MET safety standards.
The built-in 1080P camera uses AI to detect print failures such as spaghetti and supports timelapse recording. Connect via 2.4G/5G Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or USB, monitor prints remotely through QIDI Cloud, and expand to 16-color printing with the optional QIDI Box multi-material system (sold separately).
