A great product for.my small business, to be able to track and manage my books.

Gotta hand it to the employees for trying! On my fifth conversation, I still had not obtained the correct information or email with activation code information on the Quickbooks product. Geez. 4 stars for attitude.

Cannot upgrade to Advanced if purchased from a 3rd party

It works well, very easy to order and download. cloud based.

I like the ease of use, so far just try to simplify things and so far so good.

Outrageous price and nothing to do with my previous quickbooks desktop pro.

Heres my email to the sales guy from QB trying to get me to upgrade my standalone desktop to a yearly charge. We are a small business and I’m disgusted the direction QB is taking. For 20 years I used to spend a couple hundred dollars on a program I could use for years. It was fully under my control on my own computer. The prospect of spending twice as much on QB each and every year is highway robbery. It’s obviously time to buy QB stock because your profits are going to skyrocket this year. For a company like us who use the program for about 4 years on average QB is now charging 700% more. It criminal. I’ve read all about the new online program. You’re not giving 700% worth of value on this “upgrade.” I can’t even have my data on my own server. I don’t trust huge corporations to protect my data and now you want to force me to hand over my most precious financial data? It’s constant that big companies like you lose data to criminals. I’m sure you’re in bed with the IRS on this one too. Now they won’t have to get a warrant to take peoples information. You’ll just give them a login and toggle a switch for easy access. Sick. I think your company is making a huge mistake and I will be looking for another company to work with. I’m going to use this email as a review somewhere.
