About This Item
Limited double vinyl LP pressing. Herzeleid is the debut album by German Neue Deutsche Härte band Rammstein. It was released on 29 September 1995. The album's original cover depicted the band members' upper bodies without clothing. This caused critics to accuse the band of trying to sell themselves as Inchposter boys for the master raceInch. The album is a culmination of the relationship troubles of all but one of the six band members, hence the title Herzeleid (heartbreak). Rammstein formed in 1994 in Berlin.
