I would rate this product a four. The sound quality is clear. It’s not heavy, and is comfortable to wear. This product was purchased due to its wireless connectivity; however, in order to use it with a PlayStation console it has to be used with a wire. I bought this item for my son to use with his Switch.

I love my new headset. The different sound modes lets you adjust to what you are comfortable with and with the bass booster, it brings out the audio even better. Crisp clean sound and the bonus is that even though the PS5 isn’t Bluetooth compatible, the dongle makes it easy to connect. Get you one today!

Excellent sound, comfort, mic, and battery life!!!

After having tried two other headsets in the 250-350 dollar price point, these are the ones I'm keeping. Audio Quality: Amazing. Very immersive and very wide soundstage. Clears are super clear and crisp and bass is powerful. These perform like what you'd expect from a 250 dollar headset and actually outperform a 350 dollar headset (steelseries) by a longshot, test them and you'll hear. Comfort: Extremely light weight and extremely comfortable earcups and design. These feel like a high end pair of Sennhiesers. Build quality: Superb. Solid. No gimmicks. No overdone RGB lighting. I was hesitant on Razer but these are amazing. They produce amazing sound, the EQ works wonderful, software all works seamlessly between PC and phone app. These are a winner. You can't get a better 250 dollar headset.

This is an amazing gaming headset, pretty comfortable and the sound is insane,I have the arctis nova 7 before this ones for shure is an upgrade, sounds way better, the mic is better, the noise cancelation is not that amazing but the sounds is greaaat,

The headset works so well and the different sound modes allow for so many different play styles and audio levels to be chosen. It fits anyone's play style and the sound quality is amazing for when you're just listening to music or watching a movie. The bass is there for both.

Great for noise canceling! Great sound. Stays on my sons head really well during use. He says he looks like a pilot with these on.

Love this setup The sound for gaming is off the charts. It has the playthrough ability and the music sounds just right. Its not going to win any bass contest but low frequency sounds perfect to my ears.
