First off I’m extremely picky about computer chairs. I’m coming from a 2017 Secret Labs Titan and the Enki is one of the most comfortable “gaming” chairs I’ve ever sat in. I’m a little husky and the chair still fits me. Quality is top notch and the fabric they use in the middle section never causes me to sweat even sitting in pants. The 4D armrests are a little gimmicky but I’m just glad it doesn’t have those new 5D monstrous chair arms. The build process was extremely easy my only complaint/tip is if you need to adjust the arms of the chair outwards. Do it before you attach the chair to the base or you’ll need to take it apart to access the arm bolts with the provided tool. Thankfully I had a short right angle Allen key that fit. The seat cushion is extremely comfortable especially when I bought my team Titan my tailbone hurt for a month until it broke in. The Enki has a nice “scoop” in the seat you just fit right into and the neutral fixed lumbar is quite awesome especially since I usually hate lumbar. All around if you are under I’d say 6’1 you’ll be very happy with this chair. I really think this chair is over looked.

I recently purchased the Razer Enki Gaming Chair in Black/Green, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best investments I’ve made for my gaming setup. The quality is outstanding—every detail, from the stitching to the materials, screams top-notch workmanship. It feels sturdy yet plush, striking the perfect balance for long gaming sessions or even work-from-home days. What initially sold me was trying my brother’s Enki, which he’s had for over a year. I was hooked after just one sit! The ergonomic design hugs you in all the right places, and the adjustable features make it easy to find your sweet spot. Whether I’m leaning back for a break or sitting upright for focus, this chair delivers unmatched comfort. The value is solid for the craftsmanship you’re getting, and it’s been a breeze to use—no complicated setup or constant tweaks needed. If you’re looking for a chair that combines durability, style, and all-day comfort, the Razer Enki is a no-brainer. I’d recommend it to anyone serious about their seating!

Did a lot of looking around for a gaming chair and stumbled across this treasure. Pulled the trigger and I have no regrets. It's the perfect addition to my setup. It's so sturdy, and looks great, while also being comfortable and soft. I was going to get the iskur but figured I'd save some money and this is definitely still a high quality premium chair with the way it looks and feels. I'm not letting anyone sit in my new throne lol

[Employee of bestbuy] I like this chair a lot I previously had the Corsair tc100 relaxed and I can say the quality of this one it top teir although with quality comes price and this one is a little pricey. The built in lumbar is great. Also i read a couple reviews saying the neck pillow was in an awkward position but for me I would say it’s in a perfect spot for me (5’8) and feels great. The tilt feature is great, it even locks the tilt at a certain angle if you want. Last but not least the cherry on top everything on this chair is sturdy and just seems to be high quality being made with nice litttle metal accents.

I recently purchased the Razer Enki chair from Best Buy, and I'm beyond happy with it. I got it on sale for $399 (normally $499), and it’s totally worth it. The comfort and support are amazing, and it’s perfect for long gaming sessions or work. The build quality is top-notch, and the design is sleek. I’d honestly pay even more for this chair—highly recommend!

Starting off i am a 5'9" roughly 190lb man with a pancake butt. This chair is good quality and easly to put together. My only gripe is the seat could be a little softer, i have only had it a week so it may soften up in time. I am able to sit for long periods of time 3-4hrs without having to get up, and since switching to this chair my sciatica has completely gone away! I would definitely recommend this chair for anyone looking for a good mid-priced gaming chair. I also recomend picking up a foot cushion from somewhere to go with the chair for best comfort.

This is the best chair I have ever had. Great for both gaming and office work. It was very simple to assemble and you can tell the high quality of the materials.

Ive always cheaped out on my office chairs and this time i decided to grab the razer enki to match my new 2024 Blade 18. Whag a huge difference this has on my back and posture. Its very premium feeling and night and day over most other office/gaming chairs.

I weigh 285 pound, I assure you it's super solid and supportive, The one I got is even a improved version, the side hinge caps are now very solid, no wiggling, and one side of the hinge plate now has an "edge" at top of the first screw (although only one side) so it won't slip away and easier so setup. The only downside would be one of my arm rest fixing position is not centered like the other side. If the arm rest twisting angle interval could be smaller then it is nearly perfect/ideal seat not only for gamer but for a sys admin/programmer!

Don't waste your time and money buying cheap no name chairs just to end up disappointed and instead just put that money towards this chair and you won't regret it!! Before buying this chair, I tried to be a penny pincher and grab a cheap chair off Amazon and it was so bad even though it had 4.5 stars! The cushion was horrible and you could feel the frame through it so after about 30 minutes your back, hips and everything else hurt which made me not want to play my pc! I grabbed this chair while it was on sale and after using it for the first time, I'd be willing to pay full retail price because this chair is so well made!! The cushion is firm but also soft and gives you great support, the arm rests are great and you can pretty much always get the right height and placement for your arms, the recline system is awesome using your weight to recline with resistance while still having the lever if you want to set a specific degree of recline!!

Packaging was really well put and assembly was simple. Materials are high quality and feel better than more expensive chairs.

All day comfort for sure. The amount of adjusting to get it set up perfect is nice to have.

The only reason this chair is absolutely terrible is because for some reason they decided to make the front lip of the seat a pinch point to cut off blood circulation to your legs. The lip of the seat is a good 3 inches higher than the rear. It's nearly impossible to use this chair for 30 minutes without your legs falling asleep. Why are all the reviews paid promotions? It should have been a read flag!

I’ve had this chair for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed. The Razer Enki is easily one of the most comfortable chairs I’ve used for long sessions—whether I’m gaming or working from home. The built-in lumbar support and wide seat base are excellent, and I genuinely feel a difference in my posture at the end of the day. Assembly was simple and took less than 30 minutes. The materials feel premium, and the chair has a solid, durable build. I also appreciate the 4D armrests and recline feature for when I want to kick back a bit. The seat is on the firmer side, but it’s not uncomfortable—it just feels supportive. Only downsides: the head pillow could use some adjustability, and it’s a bit pricey. Still, if you’re looking for a long-term upgrade that offers real comfort and support, I think it’s worth it.

This chair is most definitely worth the money. Not only is it built to last it’s also very comfortable, super easy to put together, very well designed, quality is great, and it’s easy to use. I’d also like to mention I’m 6,3 215 and this chair supports me completely. Great chair 10/10.

This is without a doubt, the best gaming chair I've ever used. I bought this for my girlfriend on a friend's recommendation. She loved it so much, that when my old AKRacing chair started breaking down, I purchased this a second time, for myself. Given that there is only a $100 difference between that chair, and this one, AKRacing should be ashamed. Often times, I find gaming chairs are made to fit a style, without being a good chair first. The Enki feels quality, and feels like a product actually made to be a quality chair, that you want to sit in for hours to play things or do general computer work. The comfort, ease of assembly, and specifically the lumbar support, are SO MUCH BETTER on this chair, compared to any gaming chair I've had or used (including that $400 AKRacing chair, and my friend's $500 Secretlabs chair.) I cannot recommend this highly enough.
