Idk why people are complaining about this chair. First sit i was in love. Always used cheap chairs. Got this onsale for $300 the bottom cusion is a little firm but over a week of use i feel as is it has gotten softer. Its a great chair it keeps your posture perfect. I would not spend $500 but on sale yes grab it. I am 6’2 210lbs you deff want the xl.

I accidently oredred the one w/o the back suport but I still love it spent extra just for the accesories and not going to like gives it a great touch

The Razer - Iskur X - XL - Ergonomic Gaming Chair - Black/Green I got from Best Buy arrived today and when setting it up pieces of plastic fell out. I am disappointed considering this chair is expensive and new. The left side arm rest lowered plastic cover is what is broken.

Yea some of these gaming chairs are overpriced garbage that falls apart and becomes uncomfortable over time. Having owned Razer products before and this particular product being deeply discounted I took the plunge. If you are looking for cush for your tush look elsewhere. But if you looking for supportive comfort that lasts for hours, plop down the dough and you shall be crowned King!

Very high quality and easy to assemble. Back rest seems sturdy and the chair is overall very stylish. One minor drawback is I am hearing a squeaking sound when putting pressure on seat. Also back tilt is not easy, the lever is bit tough to push

I had lower back problems with my old chair. This fixed it. The assembly takes around an hour, but all the tools are provided. It is durable, not squeaky when turning or reclining, and is a visually good chair.

The chair is comfortable, and I feel more relaxed now I got this chair. I don't have to sit on my bed anymore for relaxation, and I probably won't ever get up from this chair(technology my chair now) and it will make me play even more video games.

I remember reading the comments when I was thinking about buying it, and it is definitely stiff as they comments say, it was very easy to assembly and there is also a very helpful video that you can watch to assemble it, it is neatly package and very protected even if you drag it and drop it on concrete, i recommend having two people bring it inside your room as it is very heavy. For comfort it is very good but with a headrest it would make it 10/10. The chair is pretty big and might get in the way if you have your set up or whatever is next to the door.

Definitely durable, comfortable it is a big chair so if you’re a smaller person you’ll be swimming in this chair

The handle to raise and lower the back support is very hard. That was only problem I could find with the chair. The chair is a very good size. My son who uses the chair quite a bit loves it. I was able to purchase it when it was on special.

After almost a year i love it problem was i didn't realize i wasnt getting a built in lumber and the neck cushion always falls off

The chair is firm but comfortable. The only downside is the lack of adjustment on the armrests. I feel it should have greater adjustments than it does.

The best all around gaming chair for your money! I’m 6’3” and this is the perfect chair for taller people, it really helps with my overall posture and is very comfortable for long gaming sessions. This chair took me about 10 min to put together it was super easy!

It's definitely the nicest and most comfortable chair I have owned. I always thought the high price was crazy even though I own other Razer products and figured it would be nice. But between a big sale and some rewards points I finally pulled the trigger when I was able to snag one for just under $200 out of my own pocket and it's been very worth it.

Its good quality but the cushion is way to hard. I had to buy a seat cushion even after months of use. Hopefully they revise this for their next gaming char. It looks absolutely stunning though!
