Was looking for a backup/replacement for my Logitech G700 I’ve owned for 4+ years. The mouse was a little too light and small for my liking. The picture shown does not match the color in person (looks black in pics but it’s more silver gunmetal). The mouse overall doesn’t feel quality built for a retail $120 mouse. The RGB is nice and it comes with a convenient usb dongle. I have since returned the mouse after 2 days of testing as it just doesn’t feel comfortable and gone back to my g700

First the pros - great RGB effects, can be configured with Razer Synapse 3 - Optical sensor - can be used in both left or right hands ambidextrous design - wireless no lag - rechargeable battery no fiddling trying to change batteries - on board profile storage no can take mouse to a different PC without installing Synapse software Cons - rather large for my taste - color of the mouse - feel of the mouse in hand compared to logitech - difficulty attaching a charging cable other than one in the packaging

I really like the weight and look of this mouse, but I have to knock off one star because it is NOT black. The majority of the body is a gunmetal color with black accents, and this almost made me want to return it because it has a rough texture to it. I've gotten used to it and the feel doesn't bother me too much as I use a claw grip. Wireless works great, and love that you can alternate wired and wireless with the usb charging cable. A steal for 49.99 on sale, but not sure about full retail price. Love the chroma lighting on it but would have liked some kind of battery life indicator. My Logitech G603 and Apple Magic Mouse can last months without needing to swap batteries/charge but I'm having to charge this every day.

Honestly a great mouse. Quick and Snappy when I need it to be, and very versatile given that it can switch between cable and wireless connections. The cable is a good quality braided cord, and the build quality of the mouse has been excellent so far, being both precise and durable. Also, Razer Synapse has proven very easy to use when customizing lighting effects, and the lighting in general is fantastic. It was actually my first piece of RGB gear, and the great color quality addicted me to the stuff.

I used to own the original Razer Lancehead Wireless, which had a 5G Laser Sensor instead of a 5G Optical Sensor, so when I saw that this model had the latter, I had to pick it up, especially since my other mice were acting finicky from time to time, plus it was on sale for $49.99 at the time of purchase (which is quite a steal). It's been almost 2 months since I purchased it, and so far, no issues. So, the first thing I will mention: this is an ambidextrous mouse, meaning that it's easy for left-handed mouse users to use. It does have buttons on both sides to go along with it, too. The main feature of this mouse, again, is the 5G Optical Sensor. It's a vast improvement over the laser sensor that the previous model had, and is the main optical sensor that Razer uses in all of their mice today. The second improvement on this is the battery life, which is essentially double compared to the previous model. I usually check my battery every hour or so just to see if it really stands up, and it definitely does look like it lasts for 50 hours (or almost) since every hour showed at least 5% less battery. Of course, changing the lighting on the mouse through Synapse can help with getting longer battery life if you turn off some or all the lights. Like all other wireless mice, you can use this thing while it's plugged in, but compared to the few I've had, the USB will actually power the mouse when it's plugged in, so even when you turn it off, it'll be powered the moment you plug it into your PC. Now, moving from features, how does the mouse feel? It feels good, actually. The surface of the mouse feels like it can be easier to grip, but that itself depends on the individual. The main thing that's a bit odd is the sudden outwards slope at the back of the mouse on both sides, For some, it may seem like a minor thing, but for others, it could look like an unsafe part of the shape depending on how they hold their mouse, as a couple of their fingers might be forced into a different position than what they're used to on other mice. (If you want to learn more about grips and mice shapes and the like, RocketJumpNinja is the person to watch). Also, the mouse itself is still a bit on the heavy side (not sure how much it weighs but you can tell it has a bit of heft to it). Of course, for some, that's fine, but a lot of people prefer or are starting to prefer lighter mice, to which, if you're one of those, then look at the Razer Viper. Overall, it's a very good mouse, but things like the shape and the weight can still be improved. Everything else is great regarding the feel, the sensor, and battery life. The normal price of it is also rather reasonable when compared to others like the Logitech G Pro and the like, but I'd still recommend getting it while it's on sale, to which it looks like this mouse often does go on sale, and for up to or sometimes over half off. TL;DR: Mouse of very good quality for a wireless option, but it can still be improved.

I am really impresses with the battery life, accuracy and ease of use/programming. Control the colors, use pulses and come up with different looks for each game! Plugs into USB and works wired as well (how many wireless mice do that?) Cool. Good deal.

This mouse is great they just updated this mouse around may of 2019 with double battery life and a 5g optical sensor. Im a huge razer fan but was always afraid of latency on wireless mice. This mouse doesnt have any from what I was seeing. There are skips on max dpi so if you play at a dpi of 16000 then this isnt the mouse for you. I play at 1400 and play overwatch without any problems. My mouse I went from was a lancehead wired so having no cord is even better. If you have chroma enabled on your mouse you will get around about 9 hours or more of battery life before it needs another charge. This mouse can be used for left and right handed people to. Best mouse I ever bought and at the time of writing this its $49.99 which is honestly a steal for the price. Bought second one as a back up. Would recommend this mouse!

This is a fantastic mouse it has great response time and hot hey access. The RGB lighting is amazing and being able to be used comfortably by both left and right-handers is a plus. I highly recommend this mouse!

I got in a huge deal, less then $50. The quality of construction, the lights, the response time and the laser sensor make this one almost perfect. the only not perfect part is that I have big hands and this mouse in not that conformable for big hands. my logitec G602 have a better mach with my hand

My son wanted to spend his B-day Money and he was looking for a wireless mouse to buy and had a different one picked out when I happened to see this one for 49.00 so I talked him into getting this one. This turned out to be the absolute best mouse and he loves it to play games with. He talked me into trying it out and I liked it so much that I went and bought myself one and started using it instead of my corsair mouse. We both have one now and it is the best mouse and hopefully the last one I buy for a long time.

Very well Designed with the option to go wireless or connect to the computer. You are able to control the colors or let it go crazy. Really response it to the motion and So far able to move through different surfaces

One of the best wireless mouses I used, over logitechs, maybe not the pro but up there. Haven't tried the new ones yet but this one came kind of faulty, But still worked okay.

I got this on a discount, but I can definitely see the worth near it’s normal asking price for the quality. Even though I think the cost is more for the RGB rather then actual function. Overall, a very quality piece.

This mouse is excellent, I've run into no wireless connection interferences. However, there are some things you should keep in mind 1.) The mouse is silver/ grey, not black. If you are into the whole matching color scheme, keep this in mind before purchasing. 2.)You have always to keep razer synapse running in the background for your custom color preset to work, and I've found that razer synapse's user interface can be complicated. 3.) The battery life sucks. You will need to charge this mouse more frequently than you'd probably like unless you dim or turn off the RGB lights. You'll get about two days with 70% RGB brightness.

I caught this on sale for 49.99. Not to bad for a gaming mouse with the awesome technology behind it. It worked great to begin with the the left button would stick on first press. It would work fine after that. Let it sit for 10mins the it would stick again. Couldn’t exchange it there were no more in stock. But over all I love the mouse. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the button sticking. RGB lights is nice and bright and can be programmed.

I really love this mouse, I use it for my office, I actually don't game on it. I bought it for the comfort, I was not able to find really comfortable mouse that is wireless. The chroma lighting effects make it really cool. It's definitely gimmicky but it makes my set up more enjoyable. The applications are a bit taxing on your computer. Also the battery life is good but you don't get a warning on your computer, you have to keep on eye on the mouse or inside the Razer Application.

There is nothing bad about this mouse. It’s smooth, fits great in my hand extremely responsive and very easy to set up and use. The battery life is superb. I hardly ever have to charge it. I was concerned about the weight (a little on the lighter side) but for travel and packing it around it’s perfect. I really love the color a dark gunmetal color. I was thrown off by the packaging but presently surprised. It goes great with my laptop. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.

The previous Razer mouse my son and I had kind of went out on us. The dongle broke and the Bluetooth stopped connecting. So I used my replacement plan and paid the difference to upgrade to this mouse. It is absolutely amazing. We love it. It's connectivity and reaction is extremely precise and we love the added feature the Chroma allows. Absolutely recommend this mouse as it can be wired or wireless, and is rechargable over having to change batteries. GET THIS MOUSE!!

Bought this when it was on sale but never owned a razer product. I was not disappointed.
