The product you are asking me to review is the 3rd set of stainless steel doors for my Jenn Air refrigerator which was over 11K. Needless to say, a 4th set of doors had to be ordered. How there is no quality control is beyond me. The waste of time, effort, and money is the biggest joke. Your company and especially JennAir should be ashamed of yourselves. No one in their right mind would accept stainless steel doors with deep scratches and huge scuff marks. Someone needs to step up, check the product before packaging it and shipping it off. I bought the refrigerator in September and it's now February. Someone needs to make this right. This is insane.

A high end, very nice refrigerator, installed by an expert named JR. if only Best Buy had sent JR first I’d have only good things to say. But he was the fifth person they sent, after multiple frustrating telephone conversations with customer service. In the end, Shannon was wonderful and finally made it all happen correctly. So I’m now very happy, but only after over 2 months of aggravation.

Horrific experience! After three no-shows, somebody finally showed up but did a horrible and incomplete job installing every aspect of our entire kitchen. Pieces were left unattached, wire were connected wrong, items didn't work, doors not level, and more. After waiting two more weeks to try to get the installations corrected and finished, I finally gave up on Best Buy / Geek Squad. Never again!

Hello All, The service at the store has been great! Everyone there has been very supportive. Now when it comes to service from the support team, that's another story. The frig was installed with a large gap between the two doors. the installer said a tech would come and fix it. We've not call about 6 to 8 times to schedule the repair. We finally got an appointment for last Friday. The emailed us and called saying they would be there in 30 minutes, but never showed up. We called this morning and the operator gave us the run around that she's not sure she can re-schedule. So the door still has a large gap and we are no farther along than 6 weeks ago. I purchased a high-end General Electric monogram mini refrigerator on the website. It was shown with a handle it was delivered without a handle and when I called Best Buy, they said they would. Deliver a replacement refrigerator I told him that would be too difficult because it is installed in my lanai and I had to have carpet people install it because we have carpeting on our lanai with the wood tack for the carpeting so it was a very difficult installation job they said don’t worry about it will it be installed by us while they deliver the refrigerator and I told the delivery people that please just get the handle out of the box and put it on there handle the box I was told I had to order the handle separately. I was not pleased and very upset or this transaction.

The appointment can never be made, I called them 5 times, they said they will call me back and send a formal confirm email, but I never receive anything from them. And no refund either.

Beware. They don’t have the staff to install your purchase. I bought a full size Thermador wine refrigerator on May 18 and today it’s 21 Aug and it’s still in my house uninstalled. They cancelled my appointment to install the day prior, and I can’t get another appointment. I paid for installation. They refuse to help.

Not happy with the install. One of the panels came loose less than 48 hours after the installation. Then I was told it would be THREE WEEKS before anyone could come out and fix it. So the panel is just barely hanging there and we can’t use half the fridge.

We had to return the refrigerator handles for the jeep in the monogram side-by-side stainless steel had some issues.

Finally got an installer with all the right parts to complete my purchase. It has been over 6 months since I purchased the refrigerator and door panels and it took them this long to figure out what parts required to complete. Thanks God that it is finally done.
