The Ring Floodlight Cam Pro (2nd Gen) is rated for an operating temperature range of -4°F to 122°F (-20.5°C to 48.5°C). Extreme temperatures and other conditions can cause your Ring video doorbell or security camera to overheat. Some devices will enter Device Cooldown to help keep your device safe, which will limit features and temporarily reduce video quality. If the temperature continues to rise, your device will turn off automatically to prevent damage.
