A: While you could mount it in a Window Sill to view out the window, I don't think you will like the low light results. During the day it will work no problem, low light or at night, you will get reflections from the interior lighting of your home and the glass. I have on of my indoor setup that way right now. I have attached a couple of photos you can see its pretty useless at night.
