I have previously owned other TV's with the Roku operating system and this purchase was an upgrade for me. Overall the TV picture is brighter which is beneficial to me with LR lighting. Audio as well is a significant improvement over previous sets I have owned. However, my disappointment is in the Roku Smart Picture and enhanced audio features. Prior to purchasing this set I was assured that settings would be good to go out of the box. Unfortunately they are not. The quick start guide is not helpful and after conversations with Roku support the agents told me to experiment with settings to achieve better results. Purchasing this set without spending $200 extra for Best Buy setup was apparently a mistake on my part. My review is based on my experience and I believe that someone who can make picture adjustments ( if necessary ) would probably rate higher.

Upon taking the manufacturer's stickers off the screen, there were faded squares in the two places on the screen where the stickers were. The pixels were permanently faded in those areas, which was really distracting while trying to watch TV. Best Buy didn't do anything to help, but Roku was nice enough to replace the TV under warranty. So, I didn't really get to test out the TV much, but hopefully the replacement will be problem-free.

Loved the tv until I realized the speaker has a rattle when there is a heavy bass 'thump'. (never over 30 on the volume) Connecting to my home theater system is no big deal but a new tv shouldn't rattle. Probably have to ask about warranty. Otherwise the tv works great.
