Bought this from Best Buy online and had it delivered to our house. It arrived in less than 4 days using standard shipping. Took it out of the box, read the directions, and started using it immediately. Coin sorter works very well. Simply pour your coins in and the sorter does the rest. Having two rows for each coin is a big plus and time saver. The counter / total amount display is great to have. If you order this product, you may want to be sure to order some Royal Sovereign - Easy Wrap - Pre-formed wrappers because this unit does not come with many. We found out real quick that you use more penny wrappers than any other wrapper. Overall, we are very please with our purchase.

It's pretty finicky. When it works well, it's a five star. But you have to unjam it a couple of times over an hour or so using it.

Good counter, but sometimes extra coins dispense, but separates denominationa correctly

Pretty good to count and sort coins! Gets stuck sometimes but very easy to fix

Thank you so much Zurdo7 for leaving a review on the FS-2D. For optimal performance, always place the coin sorter on a solid and level surface. To prevent jamming, we recommend taking your time and gradually inserting your coins as the machine is sorting. Make sure to monitor for foreign items such as out of country currency. This machine sorts or fine. One thing to look out for when souring is the dimes. They often jam the machine, thus making it stop working. I just don't even do the anymore.

I had it out of the box and sorting within 10 minutes. Of course...for whatever reason, this machine STOPPED working in less than half that time. I have less than $20 in coins at the moment, but it's all in a jar (mostly pennies). I wanted to count it and have it in rolls so it would be easy for me and the bank associates to deal with at the counter. Unfortunately, a little over half way done with the coins....this machine stopped dispensing the coins into the tubes. I opened it up to make sure it wasn't clogged (which it says shouldn't happen often), but I couldn't find any coins that were out of place or jammed somewhere they shouldn't have been. So, I took the time to remove ALL the coins from the machine and start over. I turned it off, let it sit for about 5 minutes...turned it back on and tried again. The machine turned on, the ticking sound started, so I placed more coins back into the sorter, and NOTHING....still didn't work again. So, I'm taking this back to get the cheaper costing model (the manual crank) and see if that works for me.
