Terrible customer service on both Best Buys side and on Sage's end. I was told by a Sage sales employee that this is not the same product you buy from the Sage website. He actually told me to "look at the cost you paid, its not the same product" even though its branded as the same product. This product does not automate bank feeds so it will not connect to your bank. Best Buy wouldn't even talk to me about it because it is a digital purchase. I'm so disappointed Best Buy wouldn't stand behind the products they sell.

The download was easy. Highly recommend purchasing this for a small business.

Much more affordable to purchase from box stores than the manufacture. Gave 4 stars as they make you purchase every year. Don't need all the fancy stuff. Like the product better when you could purchase the stand alone version.
