VERY GOOD FOR DISTANCES UNDER 10 FEET. ONE MICROPHONE WORKS BETTER THAN THE OTHER FOR SOME REASON. MICROPHONE BREAKS UP AFTER 10 AWAY FROM THE RECEIVER. CLEAR SOUND WITHIN 10 FEET. BATTERIES DIE QUICKLY, ONE WEDDING AND THE BATTERIES DIE. THE SIZE IS VERY GOOD.

The mic was primarily used for different parties that I had to host. The mic has a very clear sound and is very easy to set up with any computer. The only issue that I see is the short battery life and with the distance that the mic will go.

Overall we are pretty satisified with this purchase. The original system came with one wired microphone and no one wants to sing alone and even more so within a tight wired space of eachother (especially if the person next to you is a little off or loud :) ). Which is why we have enjoyed these. The wireless connection goes a lot further then I thought and I had two walls in between me and the receiver while I topped off another drink. Getting back to the deaf tone vocalist next to you, this system allows you to turn that persons mic down from the receiver box. (Yes it has 2 volume controls for each mic and they put out a big difference in volume with the slightest turn) We connected ours to the surround sound and juke box, a little tricky at first but it clicked that I had it backwards once I finally focused. Now for the bad: Which isn't much. The microphones are plasticish and a little cheaper then I expected. But if you plan on jamming out for hours on end then the lightness ends up becoming your friend. There is also a on off switch on the microphone that is a little deceiving. This one is only to turn off the microphone from transmitting sound. The real on off switch is in the bottom of the microphone handle where it twists off to change the battery. Make sure you turn that switch off after every use or you will be going through a lot of square batteries. Yes the expensive type. Overall it's amazing and makes dancing without tripping over wires safe for everyone.

The product worked as described - "Ideal for vocalists, karaoke and DJs, this Samson Stage 266 dual handheld wireless system includes a VHF receiver and 2 wireless microphones, along with the necessary cables to get you started right away." Easy to use!

Sound was clear and product was easy to use. Wish it held charge longer.

This wireless microphone system is very good and comes with one XLR cable and on 1/4 In XLR to RCA cable which can be used to connect to a Mixer or Audio controller or Amplifier. It would have been great is the on/off switch control the power verse muting voice input. The price is great under $100

The unit does exactly what it claims. It was easy to put in service and plugged straight into the audio system. i used it as one side of the stereo track and combined the other two tracks into the other feed. Range seemed to work OK as well.

If in need again I'm not sure this would be my purchase. Would look for something more user friendly. It will drain a battery fast and it doesn't give you a indication that battery life is ending. I do like the separate channels for the mic's Overall I give a 3.5 and if it was the only choice on the market, I would weigh my options based on my budget. Have had cheaper that worked better in the past.

I would reccommend this wireless system to any dj or kj business. The sound is amazing and so much better than a corded mic. I liked it so much, I went back to Best Buy and purchased a second set for a back up. I would reccommend buying rechargeable 9 volt batteries and a 9 volt charger. This will save you money in the long run. I love the versatility and range of this wireless system. Absolutely awesome product!

These microphones are amazing the sound that comes out of them are great. The range is crazy I used them from 100 yards away and they still sounded great. Whats not great is they have two power switches not sure why they have two its very weird.

I was a little skeptical about this product because it was the cheapest model available to me. It far exceeded my expectations of sound quality and range. I used this for my wedding as my musician and venue did not have a wireless microphone available for my use. Try this product, you won't be disappointed.

Love, Love these cordless mic's. We had previously been using corded Mic's and with duets or multi people singing in our home when we have gatherings it is so much more easier to have these cordless mic's. The sound is O.K., but with a few tweeks here and there everything worked and still does work well. Sound is just what we need in the space for which we use the mic's.

This system works well for my kids, they use it frequently. If you children are like mine, spend the extra money and purchase ear plugs with it.

there are not too many places within my area to buy affordable wireless microphones. found this set at best buy, and tried it out. used it on my karaoke machine, and would consistently get sound interference associated with the frequency. had to hold the microphones a certain way just to be able to sing(not very comfortable to do). had to change batteries a few times in the short time we had the microphones. did not also like the design for the on/off switch. had to unscrew the battery compartment to turn off the microphones because the switch was in the battery compartment.

Purchased this to use for a tournaments that last over entire weekends. Batteries started to go dead after 3 to 4 hours. Once they are weaker, the sound doesn't always work. It cuts in and out. Found out that you need to open the bottom of the microphones and turn them on and off each time you use them to extend the battery and this isn't simple. Need to replace batteries too many times over each weekend. Returned the item the second day.
