Purchased this backpack January 2020 and the zipper for the main compartment broke I'm assuming it broke because I had my keys flashlight and the small bottle of purell hand sanitizer in the front little pocket so avoid putting anything in there and it probably won't break. I've had a 15-year-old $45 JanSport backpack and it's still working fine so this is not worth it

Check the price before purchasing this item. I did it and the price when paying it was not the same as the label. I made a formal complaint and Bestbuy washed its hands and did not want to keep the price of the label. As a recommendation CHECK the price before wanting this item.

Two weeks of use the stitching has already tore. The warranty process is 1/4 of the cost of the bag and doesn't replace the bag instead is an up to two weeks process to repair it. NOT worth the cost.

Dropped the pack back with laptop in it landed on comer and ruined my laptop would think better protection would be built in when being sold to carry a laptop

Bought it thinking it was what I needed but two problems. One the zip on the front came apart within a day (I was on a trip which was problematic) and the bag drooped over when put on a roller bag (belt was perhaps a little too close to the bottom). Comfortable to use though.

Gave this as a Christmas present to carry a laptop we bought for our grandson. A zipper just broke and I looked it up and it is no longer able to be returned. Last date to return was a couple weeks ago.

Zipper is poor quality, material is easily soiled and/or dirted. Bag not durable for a back pack.

The bag is not sturdy the side pockets don't expand and it won't stand.
