We bought two of these, one to use as a refrigerator and one to use as a freezer. We ordered these in May they were delivered in October. The refrigerator does not serve the purpose that we need it for. We are unable to put milk or gallon bottles or sodas on the shelves because the shelves are not adjustable. Also these were delivered by a third party delivery truck. They did not set up the refrigerators, level them or show us how to convert one into a freezer. Also they were to reverse one of the doors. They said that was not their job. Now we have to wait for another week for The Geek Squad to come and reverse our door. Plus one of the hinges was broken. Overall I would not recommend these refrigerators to my friends and I will not buy appliances from Best Buy anymore
