The refrigerator seems okay so far, but it's not as good as the whirlpool refrigerator we had before. The ice make doesn't hold nearly as much ice.

Very disappointed in this item and Best Buy. This refrigerator was missing one of the plastic drawers when it was delivered. After multiple calls over 2 months to Samsung service, the missing part has not been provided. Functionally, the refrigerator is okay, but the ice maker is extremely slow.

A little on the small side. Ice maker is AWFUL. Constantly freezes up and you have to take the entire piece out, wait for it to melt, and put back. Would not purchase again.

Nice frig! Water dispenser seems a little too far out and the cubed ice often times comes out as crushed. But overall happy with it.
