Firstly, shout out to the delivery and installer guys who got me taken care of. The Counter Depth Fridge is great and perfect for the size of my kitchen. The color blends in with my current appliances. It has a very stylish, modern and elegant look. The ice maker makes ice fast. The fridge is extremely quiet but very efficient. I like the feature of the fridge that alerts you when its time to change the water filter. Also it beeps when the door is open for a long time. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this to everyone.

I really love this new refrigerator! Lots of room, great ice and water dispenser. The side by side configuration is wonderful after dealing with a French style for the past few years (freezer was on the bottom and I could never find anything). The doors are slim in my old house so this counter depth size was perfect for getting into the kitchen easily. Would recommend!

Really, REALLY like this refrigerator. Needed to replace the very old fridge that came with the Florida, retirement home I had purchased. Kitchen is small with limited counter space and the center island made the previous fridge leave less than 6 inches of space to move around. I wanted to replace with a counter fit model which does reduce fridge space by about 5 cubic feet, but let me tell you, this model was worth it. Love the side by side with water/ice crusher/cubes, but there is so much room in both sides that everything I had in the old fridge actually fit in the doors and I had lots of open room inside. Model fits even with the counter which freed up a lot of walkaround space. This model is well planned out to fit the way items are packaged today and fit nicely within without taking up more room than necessary. Additionally, this is the quietest fridge I have ever had, you barely hear the ice maker at all and love the hidden handles to open.

It looks nice. Clean look inside. Good fit in our small space. The usual stuff fits nicely and I’m guessing holiday extras will be okay given height of a couple of shelves. Installation was a hassle because delivery guys would only hook up to an existing copper line. Delivery guy said he turned off source to existing line (1/8 “ plastic hose). But water in fact not turned off and flooded kitchen. Had to call out emergency plumber -$439. Then had regular plumber install copper line ($240). From description it was unclear that line hook up would be this complicated. But. It all works now.

Very happy with the ne refrigerator, the new model redesign actually have more storage, the finish is a big improvement and the redesign of the handles is great, highly recommended.

This refrigerator replaced a Kenmore that we got when we moved into this house 17 years ago. The Kenmore did its best to the very end. We looked at a lot of brands and decided to go with Samsung. Some considerations that we had in mind were that we wanted something reliable, a little smaller and sleek that would fit better in the space. So we went with this smaller model after going to the store to see it in person. We purposely went smaller so as not to waste food by having it “linger” too long in the fridge because it was hidden or stuffed way in the back. This model is very well lit inside and has easy to access shelves. We are happy with it!! If there is one thing that knocked one star off of the review is that the water dispenser is oddly placed and there is no light for the dispenser. You have to precisely place the glass, cup or container in the right spot or else it might spill, and going to the fridge at night for a glass of water means that you have to turn the lights on because there is no light for the dispenser. Besides that, the refrigerator is extremely functional and does an excellent job.

So far the only thing that I don't like about the fridge is the fact that the place to put the cup for water and the dispenser is not really centered so I have to hold the back of the trigger on the fridge. I think the space is perfect, the space is ideal for two people, it does get a bit smudgy due to fingerprints but I clean so it's fine. I'm about to purchase the filters for it, now that it's been 6 months. The counter depth of the fridge is perfect, it gives me a lot of space to be able to cook and clean very ideal for those who want space

After a bumpy start, we are now happy with our new, sleek design, counter depth fridge! We love the design and ease of use of the built-in handles and the clarity of seeing things stacked in a side by side fridge ( We had a huge French door fridge before and we could never remember what was in the freezer.) Now we can see EVERYTHING in the freezer and the fridge! The appearance is clean and the counter depth is the best choice for our small, galley-type, walk-through kitchen. The total interior fridge space IS smaller, but we like being able to see everything. The rating of four stars is because the first one that was delivered had problems (freezer door did not close securely). The second one delivered was bashed in on two places on the door and never even made it in to the house. The third one has been here 24 hours and so far, everything is working just fine!

Overall I’m happy with it, I’ve had it about 4 months now before I decided to write the review. Haven’t taken the plastic off, as there are renovations happening in my condo. It has a good amount of storage space, even though it’s a smaller fridge. However, 95% of the shelves are NOT adjustable. This is something that I didn’t notice in the store. There’s only one in the freezer that can be moved around, the fridge side is fixed. And it looks like there is a panel missing on the bottom of the freezer door, but looking at the pictures that seems intentional. Idk if mine is missing a part or if it is intentionally designed this way, but it looks to be missing a part on the top as well. There’s a part filling a gap on the left side, but not the right. My biggest gripe with it, is that the water nozzle is way too far forward. If you aren’t tilting your glass at an angle, or have a really big glass, prepare to get water everywhere. Other than that it’s solid. Super modern look, nice and sleek. Overall, I’m happy with it. Gets cold fast and stays cold.

The Samsung refrigerator. I purchase is a very nice refrigerator. Quiet and very nice looking. The service was also great experience drivers delivered. It took my old one out and very great service and friendly they were on time like they said they would be on the day of delivery.

This is my third purchase of this refrigerator (I bought them for different homes). The sleek no handle deign makes this truly a counter-depth refrigerator, not like the ones with handles that stick out past the counter. This side-by-side has a very modern look and I love the fact that the dispenser is compact and doesn't take away from the sleek design. Great adjustable top shelf for me, I'm 5.2 lol and is really finger print resistant.

This counter depth fridge is perfect in size and has more space than my older larger fridge. The side gallon size shelves are huge and hold lots of condiments. Ice size is perfect, and simple modern design with no handles suited tight spaces. Only down side is it’s not really finger print resistant but I can deal with that for functionality

Does its job very good. It fit perfectly; the delivery and setup were flawless. My go to place is Best Buy!!

My previous refrigerator was another brand and 27 cu. feet. When it finally died, I wanted a new fridge that was still spacious but not as big as my previous one. I saw many reviews about the shelving and ice maker lighting, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. You are able to remove the shelving, but are limited to the preset heights. This wasn’t a problem for me. As far as the ice maker not having a light, this is another thing I won’t miss. The ice maker & water dispenser each have buttons that light up so you know what you’re selecting. One last thing I previously read about this fridge was the hassle of removing the 10 year warranty sticker. I saw a comment suggesting to use a blow dryer. Well that works and I would highly recommend doing the same if you want to remove yours. This counter depth fridge is great if you have a small family (single/couple).

Perfect size for our small kitchen and large enough for our family. Love everything about this refrigerator. Love that it makes ice cubes and not those moon shaped ones.

Great refrigerator. Great price, President's Day sale. It does what it is supposed to do. Cooled off very fast. It would be nice to have a light over the water dispenser though and a third drawer in the refrigerator.

Works great. Plenty of space & the freezer has more room than my last French door. I would definitely recommend buying this product. I really love the sleek no handle design.

The fridge cooled in 4 hours. We love the minimalist design. It’s counter depth and still seems to have good storage. The ice maker is the new design and works great. Water is cold. Highly recommended!

This Samsung smart refrigerator is perfect if you need a unit with a shorter depth dimension. I ordered the black stainless steel version which is extremely stylish and goes with the rest of my Samsung appliances. You can control the temperature via the Samsung Smart Things app which communicates over your WiFi. The unit will alarm for door ajar. Extremely satisfied at this time. Will update after using the refrigerator for 6 months. Highly recommended.
