Q: How do you stop rust spots and discoloration on Samsung's Stainless Steel refrigerators?

A: NO good solution to exterior finish problems. Neither Samsung or Best Buy consider this their concern. They said it is not covered by extended warranty. The refrigerator is in our kitchen. Best Buy staff said maybe it was the Florida air. Then they shouldn't sell the refrigerators in Florida! We have always cleaned the outside surface with the special stainless cleaner recommended by Best Buy sales person!
