Plenty of interior space with sleak design, there are well thought out compartments, even tall areas to store wine and other taller bottles/items. Not having the door handles actually produces less fingerprints since it's opened from the top or bottom of either door. The freezer comes equipped with a button that separates the suction seal, meaning you won't have to manually struggle to get the door open and possibly put wear on the rails the freezer compartment rests on. I can even interface with the fridge using my Samsung phone albeit with fairly limited options (change temp for fridge, freezer received notifications when the door is left opened). All in all, very happy with the purchase.

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I’ve had with Bestbuy and GeekSquad regarding a refrigerator order has been nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into weeks of stress, inconvenience, and damage to my home. First, the refrigerator was delivered late and incorrectly. Then, during the botched installation, their team caused physical damage to my property—scratched floors, dented walls, and a broken plumbing. Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed it off and left me to deal with the aftermath. Trying to get help has been even worse. I’ve spent over 8 hours on the phone, across multiple calls, having to explain and re-explain the situation to different agents. I’ve been hung up on several times, and there is no clear way to escalate grievances to someone who can actually resolve the issue. Their customer service is not just unhelpful—it’s actively dismissive and frustrating. Weeks have passed, and not only have they failed to fix the damage, but they’ve also done nothing to compensate for the stress and disruption this has caused. Bestbuy clearly does not value its customers, nor does it stand behind its service. If you’re considering buying from them—don’t. Save yourself the headache and go with a vendor that actually cares about doing things right.

This refrigerator has been excellent so far. It runs very quietly, cools evenly, and has plenty of space for both fresh and frozen food. Just got the refrigerator 2 weeks ago and everything is working great. No issues at all regarding cooling. It doesn't drip water from the water dispenser (to a significant extent). Lots of room for a counter depth. For the price point, it's great. The only gripe is from my kids saying there's no handles. I personally love the look.

in our kitchen we have space for counter depth fridge only. Our previous two were LG, horrible experience will never recommend. So far this Samsung fridge is good, full owner experience will take a few years to figure out. It is spacious compared to our previous LG, which too was counter depth. Will update as time passes.

Very nice refrigerator, but needs more options to adjust shelf height. It's my own fault for not realizing this as this was an online buy. I recommend you visit the store and physically examine any fridge before purchase. Bring a tape measure to see where milk jugs, juice containers, etc, can fit (height wise) if you usually store these on your fridge shelves. Also, the service to remove the old fridge & install the new one was great.

I didn't trust Samsung appliances until I needed a fridge. This fridge model got great reviews from different sources. Counter depth with well placed interior spacing. Energy efficient more so than my last GE with only a gallon of milk space difference. I would recommend this particular Samsung model to anyone in need of replacement.

Man oh man I sang a song and shared a video when we got this thang! It makes my ice and can crush it too. Makes multiple types of ice variants! It's not just handsome and tall, it's smart. It can fridge, it can freeze, setup was a breeze!

So far, I love my new Samsung refrigerator. It’s just the right size for me and I am loving the French doors with the freezer on bottom.
