Got one from Bestbuy last month and returned it after one night. Smart TV OS is way too intrusive, makes monitor feels like a secondary feature. The buttons are tiny and hard to press. No shortcut buttons for brightness/contrast, you have to use the TV menu to adjust anything which is bloated and slow. Ofc you need to sign into Samsung account to do anything. Got one from Bestbuy last month and returned it after one night. Smart TV OS is way too intrusive, makes monitor feels like a secondary feature. The buttons are tiny and hard to press. No shortcut buttons for brightness/contrast, you have to use the TV menu to adjust anything which is bloated and slow. Ofc you need to sign into Samsung account to do anything. The display itself is OK but not worth the terrible UX.
