I am honestly appalled! Ordered this and it came looking like someone just beat it up with a bat! I returned it, ordered another one and either I got the exact same one or it was another one that was dented and scratched! No way am I ordering from best buy again.

Came in dented and scratched, this was my 3rd try. Hoping this one would be in better condition. Will be returning and trying a new brand. Also the logo was missing, definitely not worth the price!

Worst purchase I’ve ever made. Cant keep up with even the smallest amount of steam/smoke and when we cook bacon it’s a guarantee it’s going to set off the smoke detector if we don’t open a door or two.

If I ever get this product, I'd be better able to give a review. I placed and paid for my order on 8/29 with a delivery time of 9/6. Well it was damaged and I'm still trying to get the replacement. All I'm getting so far is the run around. Customer service is really good about not giving a straight answer. If I ever get it and get it installed, maybe I'll change my review but I sincerely doubt it
