Worked well for the first year before showing off how cheaply made it is. The stovetop burners are really great for things that need a lot of heat, but even the smallest burner on the lowest setting tends to boil things that I'm just trying to simmer. Can be frustrating to clean considering the steely look makes any smudges or debris stick out like a sore-thumb and the stove top area has no easy way of cleaning up spills or messes without going through a ton of paper towel or staining up cloth towels. But it will come clean with some elbow grease. The oven can be frustrating because it doesn't maintain the heat you set it for after preheating is done. You'll hear it turn on to heat up, but rarely, unless you are cooking something for a long time, will it get back to the temperature you started it on. Turning up 25-35 degrees higher than what you want can fix this issue. The materials inside the oven come clean REMARKABLY well when using the self clean cycle, but the window is permanently stained after a year of use and no amount of cleaning chemicals or elbow grease will get it like new again. The most unpleasant thing, however, has been the control knobs for the stove-top. After a little over a year of use, two of the knobs have broken off within two months of each other. No excessive force was accidentally given to them, they just wore out and broke and will not firmly stay in place enough to turn on the burners. And what's more infuriating is that the protection plan I shelled out for will not cover getting these replaced. Samsung has been an increasingly disappointing brand that hasn't put out a worthwhile product in 10 years. They used to be my go-to, but in recent years, I've had far better luck with LG. My first 4K TV was a Samsung that lasted for a little over 2 years before the screen died unexplainably. My first dishwasher was a Samsung that didn't even make it two years before the seals on it wore out and it began leaking during every wash cycle; and what's more the type of gasket needed was no longer being manufactured to replace it with. The last Android phone I had before going to Apple was a Samsung that I had to have replaced THREE TIMES because the charging port kept malfunctioning and would no longer work. I still have a washer and dryer from over 14 years ago by Samsung that work terrifically and my first big-screen TV is a Samsung from 2013 that still works and has a really solid picture and color quality. But ever since 2014-2015, their products have become unreliable trash, and this oven will be the last purchase I ever make with them.

Unfortunately, we purchased this range thinking it was a good buy. It functions good for cooking simple dishes, but you so much as try to cook some beans or tamales and it literally does not withstand the heat. The stove top burners looks discolored after our first time cooking tamales. The rubber nubs that hold the grates up on top of the stove melt off. The “stainless steel” also did not withstand the heat and was discolored. We called best buy and Samsun customer support and neither were willing to help us besides sending replacement grates. We were requesting to be allowed to return the product since it clearly is not a functional stove and the answer was no since “it has no defect.” Apparently, all the things that are wrong, like the discoloration, is our fault for cooking with the wrong pot (which we’ve been using for decades). In summary, do not buy this stove if you plan on using it for cooking.

The main board died and the touch pad is not usable. It just shows a C-F2 error after 2 years from the purchase. One of the knobs has also come loose. Will not recommend at all.

Please do not buy these products since I have bought it.The burner and the buttons both are always have issues.When I call them, they are now charging almost one hundred dollars with the total Greeks and top of it, if anything's come up, they'll be charging for technician.119 dollars every hours plus product.That's means almost 324 hundred dollars.I have to spend for all the changes.And the support team is not very helpful.I just want to say if you're buying this product.You're spending more money in the future.So do not buy

Purchased Nov 2022 ... convection fan went out after 6 months... now the oven doesn't heat ... you have to unplug and plug back in to "try" to get the oven to heat. I'm not sure anything is going to be done about after speaking to support both Bestbuy & Samsung :( $1000 junk that'll I'll have to purchase something else

Worst stove ever. We have had the worst lemon of an oven that I’ve ever had. We returned it after receiving it with the digital display not working. Received the next lemon. This one we have now replaced the gas starter on it 3 times! Do not buy!

I had 15 days to return this but missed it because I was on vacation. Only some of my numeric buttons and icon buttons work. The numbers 1, 4 and 7 seldom work some no baking at 400 degrees. Built in airfryer doesn't come on because the airfryer icon doesn't work. These problems occurred and are on going within 2 days of this range being delivered.

Grates are heavy to lift. Not easy to clean. The griddle with the middle burner is to small to use. I will be having a tech come out in 2 years to serviced. Will not by Samsung appliance again.

Had a really bad experience. My tenant is now asking me for a new range because this one doesn’t work. They sent someone to correct the problem and the technician told my tenant the stove was 8 years old. Now my tenant thinks I bought a used stove. I’m having to buy a new stove/range unnecessarily.

We got this as open box, very disappointed. The stove and oven had oil and food like it was used for months. The back of the oven control was taken off and not installed correctly. 3 weeks in and still looking for a propane conversion kit. I feel very taken by the best buy crew that mislead us.
