I have two years with it but have call for services two time for repairs and I don’t think was the best bought now it’s show an error C-f2 and the oven turned on by itself that was so scary.

Great stove except…the knob on the left back burner fell off. It stopped adjusting the flame and moves around loosely. Feels like it lost its threading etc. Otherwise good basic stove.

Knobs are important since they give us functionality on our cooker. let us help Jesus.
To avoid the knob from breaking in the future, this can be resolved by keeping it clean and assembling it properly.

Overall this has been okay, everything functions fine. The air fryer setting is underwhelming and does not work nearly as well as our cheap countertop air fryer. The black coating on the knobs has completely worn off in less than a year so they just look regular chrome now. Overall fine but if I had to buy again I would consider something else.

3 star for the BB service else would give it a 4 star easily. Product was purchased but waiting more than 1 month but delivery date appointment was never available. Spoke with BB reps for hours before they offered me this stove as replacement for my original purchase which was slightly different. The stove itself is elegant and does it jobs. The wifi enable device is very deceiving because you still need to manually turn it on after enabling the oven with wifi app. So the wifi is pretty much useless. The safety measures in place is understandable but advertising it as wifi device is not accurate. Other than that the product itself is very good looking.

I love the look of this and the extra space inside - none wasted on a broiler at the bottom that will hardly ever get used. The cons though, there's a few. First, the advertised fingerprint free or whatever it's called black stainless option... ok so it doesn't get fingerprints on it, i guess i'll give them that... what it does do is smudge and get oily exceptionally easily and is really hard to clean! the ovens ive had before this one were not nearly as hard to clean on the exterior. the glass on the inside also had some minor imperfections like bubbling/issues with the protective layer that cannot be cleaned/fixex and they drive me kind of bonkers. if i had known that the cooktop and keypad would forever look dirty/oily and be so difficult to clean, i definitly would have explored other options. cooking wise, i'm very satisfied. it took a while with some of the items that i bake for to get my groove from the older gas unit i came from, but now the cooking and baking are fairly seamless.

I got that first with leaking natural gas problem. Leakage was small and gas company found it after second call. Product was replaced, but I did not have a chance to cook for about two weeks. I hope a new one will work good.

Though fashionable, it seems like the oven is not heating as well as my old model. Everything is taking several minutes longer to bake. Still on the fence about recommending. Less expansive model may be just as good.

Was loving everything about this for the first two months until last night when I started smelling gas coming from the back left burner when the stove was off. Had to turn the gas off and now need to see how I repair. The knobs are completely off and not sure why its happening

Customers please, please be careful that the purchase you are receiving is "brand new" if you ordered it brand new. Not open box not a returned item from a previous customer. I know this range had a previous owner because of the flaws. When we used it for the first time we smelled GAS and had to call the Wisc. Electric Company to come to my home. They immediately disconnected the range and told us not to use it. We were told to call Best Buy to replace the range. My concern was that we ordered a NEW RANGE! Why was it leaking dangerous gas fumes? If the order was for a new range it should have delivered as "NEW". I looked at the range more closely and noticed that the Air Fryer had stains on it!. This delivery was not new. Calls were made to Best Buy regarding this matter but my family was still inconvenienced for a week waiting for an exchange. BE very careful and check your purchase right away. You can also call the manufacture to confirm if it was used or new. Hopefully that will be my only problem with this purchase.
