I’ve owned this oven for a little I’ve two years. Everything works as it should but I do have some issues with temperature fluctuations. The temperature in the oven can fluctuate by over 50-75 degrees at times. I’ve tried to calibrate it but the issue still occurs. I assume it’s a thermometer issue.

Why after only 20 months did my range go fizzle. For a hot minute it was the best range I have ever had, until yesterday. Now it has become unreliable. It showed promise but now it like all the rest. C-F2 is the reason. Its going to cost to repair or replace.. Not what I wanted.

Simple and does the basics. The push buttons are sometimes hard to push and one of the knobs broke on the inside because it’s made of plastic.

Samsung always wanted to give you only satisfaction and never intended to cause any trouble. Some controls are only available when using (or not using) other functions. This is to protect the oven from excessive heat or children who may accidentally touch the oven.

Top rear burners do not leave enough space from back of unit to center medium size pots on burners. Griddle is nice but gets in the way of centering large pots over flame. Broiler does not get hot enough. Bread feature is nice. Oven is roomy, which makes bottom drawer too small to store much in it.

Samsung oven display hard to read. Need to be whiter. For the price good stove. Lot of assembly. They tape parts to the racks. Tape must be scraped off and racks washed. pan drawer needs a handle for easy opening. oven smells the first time you use. Wash oven with a damp cloth before using to reduce smell before baking.

The range itself is great - I’d give it 5 stars. The review is not 5 stars because Best Buy (along with Home Depot, etc.) choose to use a terrible, incredibly subpar outside service to deliver and “install” their appliances. We’ve never seen anything done so poorly. Took hours of phone calls and 3 (yes, THREE) additional service calls over the next TWO WEEKS to get the appliances connected appropriately and in the end, the microwave was never vented. Had our construction crew not been there to babysit the installers we wouldn’t have known they neglected to follow code on the range install, or the water line on the fridge or vent the microwave. The only correct install (I think), was the dishwasher. We flip houses so we’ve seen a thing or two. MAJOR mistake Best Buy. Go to Abt - they’ll do it right.

One of the best features of these new ovens is the amazing self cleaning they can do. Bought this one specifically because it's a Samsung (which I like) and says it has self-clean high heat feature only to find out it actually doesn't. Annoyed.

The item looked good on unboxing, then once installed noticed a indention in the stainless front panel on right side. Could notice when light reflected off of it. This is the 2nd one i bought cause tye first one i bought they brought out out it in my truck as a display model but i rejected it cause it literally looked filthy and greasey. And as i disabled man getting help was terrible and debilitating on me to stand and try. No one wanted to acknowledge or be accountable.
