Nice looking stove, just that, The burners keep flipping off if you’re wiping around them , The front where the knobs are the lightest touch lights up the bake light.

I liked the look of this range, but I could not get two of the stove top burners to ignite. The ignitor was working (sparking), I could smell the gas, but no flame. I opted to return the range and get a different brand. BB accommodated me, thank you BB

Poor controls to handle various options. The clock does not stay on. Samsung says it is their Engineering Preference.

It sounds like you're experiencing frustration with the clock not staying on and the limited controls for managing options. Let us help.
This range model has sleep mode where the control enters it when not used for a while, this in turn turns off the display. To have the clock always displayed the range has to have Smart Control turned on while connected to a wireless connection. I have shared the user manual link of this model below. Please turn to page 36 for enabling and connecting the Smart Control feature.

I've had this stove for 1 month. The cooktop is great. It works great, but......The time display doesn't stay on permanently, The oven temp knob is very sensible, I keep turning on oven if I lean against it to clean it, and same oven control knob is a little confusing for me to use. I fear I will have to return, specifically because of this.
