I have owned this stove almost 5 months and I am not too happy with it. For starters the cooktop is awful. Full of bubbles and discoloration. I have treated this stove like a new baby and this is what I get. I set the oven to cook and then I set the cook timer and everything turns off so I have to start over. The only thing worth clapping about on this stove is the air fryer and a convection. There is no bottom storage for pots and pans. The oven is a nice size. Whenever I have to purchase a new stove it will not be a Samsung.

Range works fine. Difficult to turn on/off the timer, top is painted, is easily scratched, and hard to keep clean, bottom drawer doesn't fit most pans, its very small. Pro: brings water to boil very quickly on rapid bowl. Samung customer service is absolutely terrible- don't expect to get any support from them! Received three damaged ranges (from shipping), finally accepted the third one because I needed a range!

We bought this less than two years ago; all of a sudden, while the stoves in use, a crack appears on the surface? I don’t understand how this could’ve happened, not to mention how extremely unsafe I feel to use the stovetop near it in case there’s a spill. I have been a fan of Samsung for years, with their phones, kitchen appliances and media, but I’m very disappointed in this design. I do not believe it’s worth the price, I’ve never had a stove wear down this quickly.

This item was delivered to me on a Tuesday after, and on Wednesday I attempted to connect this range through WIFI and it is very difficult. By Thursday morning I go to cook breakfast I noticed the stove top is already peeling, I haven’t even used the oven yet… see photos for the peeling. The operation of the stove top and Rapid and Fast boil works great, but the quality of stove top is very poor and not worth the $800 I paid, and this stove hasn’t even been through a thanksgiving hardcore cooking.

i used the oven, perfect, but after using the stove once, these little warps or bubbles start appearing as if the surface could not take the heat. what is goin on hear? any suggestions?

The oven is amazing. All the features work great. The cook top is not so great. No matter the settings, the burners all run the same setting which is high. Also, the flat top in general is not good quality. Mine cracked not long after I got it. This has never happened to me with any stove before.

I did not have a good experience purchasing this oven. The sales associate rushed me and didnt process it for no interest nor did he apply my rewards towards the purchase. I had to go back in line to have them applied but no one wanted to process a return to process the no interest option. When the oven arrived the delivery guy took all my baking dishes with old oven and did not answer my calls about retrieving the baking dishes. So i lost 8 baking dishes. The touch screen feature is really tempermental and dont work gracefully. Must touch buttons over and over. The bottom warmer/storage drawer is very cheap and came bent and crooked and falls off track. And the oven has a weird smell to it. The stove becomes stained with every use and very difficult to clean. Overall im disappointed with my buy and think the oven is cheap and poorly made.

Both dual burners had to be replaced quickly after receiving and almost the day out of warranty the top glass broke cause a pot boiled over. It really wasnt that much water. Seems a major flaw to me. The replacement is about $400 for me to do myself. Dont believe ill buy Samsung again.

While I wouldn’t consider Samsung appliances elite, I’ve had limited issues with them until this unit. Its largest burner will occasionally burn at the highest setting regardless of the dial setting and sometimes will go to high mid-cook. The oven has a large range of acceptable temp while convection baking (375 has a range of 340 to 400). I think the unit is defective but didn’t manifest issues until after the warranty expired. Been a Samsung guy until this one. I’ll be shopping around from this point.

I find it mostly functional. Slow to heat up but I was warned about that but what I find frustrating is after less than a year even with meticulous cleaning and correct cookwares the stove top still scratched easily. Even when you follow the directions.

Buyer beware*** Stove has potential to cause fire. Have had less than three months can hear popping and smell plastic or electrical smell burning. I can also see smoke above glass Top when fan is running. I would love yo return but product is no longer returnable.

Decent stove but the glass top scratches very, VERY easily. I am not sure why they would produce something like this. We've owned it for less than 6 months and have many random scratches on the top. Out last glass top was 15 years old and had zero scratches (same use and pans). I would not recommend this stove for that reason. Otherwise it's been great!

Never again will I purchase Samsung anything. There are NO instructions to fully operate this range... I had to go to the internet to find how to raise the oven temp from 350 upwards... Pitiful Product.
