A: trim did not come with mine although the box and paperwork said it did - there is a big gap
Q: Can you set the clock on the main panel to show digital numbers versus clock hands?
A: No, and the clock does not show the correct time. If you enable the "automatically set" option, the oven will reboot, but not remember the setting. If you manually set the time, it will gradually have the incorrect time.
Q: For the 1st usage,is there a burn off process? If so ,how long and what temperature?
A: Yes there is. According to the user manual, which I don't have access to at this minute, I believe the instructions are 400 degrees for 1 hour.

A: Oven and microwave are one "electrical" unit. There is only one cable coming from the combination and it is hardwired into the junction box. Download the install manual so your electrician knows where to place the box and the type of connection required.
A: From the moment we had installation, it could not keep time. It would also freeze and need to reboot constantly. The geek squad guys came two weeks later and did some diagnostics and then arranged to replace the entire oven...and then scratched our brand new floors so we were happy, but kind of sad.
Q: What 240 prong does this use? 3 or 4 ?
A: It doesn’t come with a plug, it has to be hardwired to a box
