Yes, it comes with the base, heat redirector, brackets, etc. When I opened box, I was kinda just expecting the external/visible trim piece, so was a little surprised at how many other parts were inside. The instructions and template were perfect, and made it very straight-forward to install.

Yes it does ! I just had one installed in my kitchen and it looks beautiful I am very happy with my choice and purchase .

The outside measurements are 29 3/4 x 20 1/16. Inside 24 1/2 x 13 1/8. The trim does not sit flush with the cabinet, it sticks out 1 1/4 inches. I hope that helps.
