The 5ghz only connection and software/hardware are barely usable sometimes. Constantly dropping connection and it’s extremely slow. I have other Samsung tvs that work great so it’s a very big disappointment. Otherwise picture is fine and sound is okayish for a cheap tv but the cheapness shows in performance.

Hi NickP,
Thank you for sharing your experience. Buffering during streaming is typically related to internet speed or signal strength. This can happen when your connection isn’t able to deliver data quickly enough for smooth playback.
We recommend the following steps to help improve streaming performance:
1. Use a 5GHz Wi-Fi connection, if available
2. Try a wired LAN connection for more stability
3. Reposition your router to minimize obstacles between it and the TV
4. Make sure your TV is running the latest firmware (Settings > Support > Software Update)
5. Run Device Care to optimize performance: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
If buffering continues, you may want to contact your internet service provider to check your current speed or explore upgrade options.

Should have returned the tv immediately. Picture is decent, controller is horrible. Not intuitive, oddly placed buttons, pressure sensitive and skips multiple times with one button touch. I’ll probably use my roku so I can utilize a better controller, but defeats the point of buying a smart TV that was supposed to simply things.

If you're looking for a TV, here you go. I don't know if it's the programs or the TV but it's temperamental. Sometimes programs will play, other times it will just freeze and you have to unplug it. It's not a great TV. Only reason for 2 stars and not 1, well, it was a $112 after tax, so you get what you pay for.

I love Samsung TVs but this TV is sub par. First, the legs are nearly impossible to get on and when you do the TV is still very unsteady and the screws are tightened as far as they will go. It wobbles even when I dust it. Another issue that I have is the screen. When you are sitting directly in front of it the picture is perfect. When you veer even slightly off center the picture becomes very washed out. I was trying to replace my perfect Samsung TV that got hit, sadly, by lightning so I thought that another Samsung would be great. Unfortunately this TV is quite a let down.

Hi AmyM,
Thank you for sharing your concerns. Please be sure that your TV's legs are installed correctly: "R" on the right, "L" on the left. The legs should slant outward toward the edges of the TV. When inserted into the correct slots in the proper direction, you’ll hear a “click” once they’re fully secured.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the Installation Guide included in the box. To remove the stand, simply follow the attachment steps in reverse. You can also download the Installation Guide from our website here:

Samsung is my go-to, but this? Apps are useless. Remote lags. Buttons on the remote are placed in useless spots. I really am disappointed.
Posted
MaryR,
We appreciate your feedback regarding remote performance. If your TV is responding slowly or inconsistently to the remote, try the following steps:
1. Re-pair the remote – Stand within 1 foot of your TV and press Return and Play/Pause simultaneously for at least 5 seconds. A message should appear confirming it's connected.
2. Check the battery level – Go to: Home > left directional key > Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Remote Control
3. Ensure proper charging – SolarCell Remotes can charge using:
o Room light or direct sunlight (solar panel should face light source)
o USB-C cable (preferably Samsung-branded)
4. Update your TV’s firmware – Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now
5. Run Device Care to clear memory and close background apps that may slow performance: Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care
If these steps don’t resolve the issue, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat is also available through the ‘Support’ link on our website.

The TV is fine for watching football in bed without your glasses. Which is what we wanted. Color is not great, nor the contrast. But it was very inexpensive. All in all, let's just say it's worth the cost.
