I have given up trying to use this recently purchased Samsung TV because I can’t manage the remote. It is so difficult to find what I want to view. Can’t get to the sleep timer without losing the program. The picture is clear and beautiful, but I ended up removing the new tv to the guest room and bring another small Insignia tv to my room.

To help you get the most from your TV and remote functions, you can download the full e-Manual and more by visiting Samsung’s website then navigating to: Support > Manual & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for and select your H5000F TV model to view or download the available guides.
The e-Manual & Remote Control Guide are also conveniently built into your TV: Settings > Support > Open User guide.
For additional guidance, your TV also includes Accessibility features designed to assist with navigation and remote use.
• Learn Menu Screen provides audio guidance for on-screen menus by announcing the name and function of each item as you scroll – without making any changes. This is especially helpful for users who are visually impaired or new to Smart TV menus. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn Menu Screen. To exit, press the Return key twice.
• Learn TV Remote helps users become familiar with the layout and function of each button on the Samsung remote. Pressing a button (other than Power) will prompt the TV to announce its name and purpose, again without affecting TV operation. Enable via: Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > Accessibility > Learn TV Remote. To exit, press the Return key twice.

Only two hdmi ports. No rca ports. Cannot connect sound bar with light or rca or usb. Cannot delete preloaded apps. Cannot find out how to delete apps I loaded. Using bluetooth for sound bar and must enable EACH time I turn the tv on. Not user friendly at all.

1. Go to App Settings (these can be found at the bottom of the Apps screen) and select the app you want to move. The following options will be available:
a. Add to Home: Move the app to your desired location on the Home screen.
b. Delete: Delete app.

The visual and audio of the TV is fine however I bought this TV to use the screen cast function. In short it sucks. Most of the time it will not connect. To my windows PC. I have to try by attempt to connect to multiple devices then it will connect. Then it disconnects after several hours of use. The software for watching streaming TV is not intuitive me.

Simple TV Works when I turn it on. It sounds good. Connects to my TV service. Good TV with basic functions. I do not plays video games or stream, so it works for me.

Bought this to play looped video from a USB drive, however it wouldn't play anything from the drive. It kept giving an error even after trying 5 or 6 different file types that seemed like they were within the parameters the TV itself was giving. Will have to return this one.

Picture is nice but tv is very slow to load all the streaming services every time you turn it on. May need to upgrade my bandwidth.

Please know the H5000F TV does offer the Prime TV app. It you do not see it on your Home Screen, you can download it by pressing Home> Search> type Prime into the search bar and then download the app.
