Bought this fridge about a month ago and the shelves are already bowing in. Mind you I haven’t even loaded the shelves with a lot of stuff. I have a 10 year old fridge that’s shelves are flawless. The only reason I’m giving it a 2 star review is because it still works I guess.

The fridge is not the best fridge that they recommended me , plus I complained to customer service but they seem not to care about my issues.

I love my new refrigerator. Did have issues with service and delivery. Working in retail for 40+ years I am honest to my customers and I felt that the delivery team treated us poorly. When we tried to resolve the issue we had to call the customer service center, because apparently you cant call the store directly, and no one called us back to help resolve the issue. Spent two hours on the phone with the second call I had to make to get the issue resolved. There was a large dent on the side of the refrigerator and the service person recommended to have them send me a gift card for the inconvenience and to just keep the refrigerator.. i chose to have them pick up the one they left in my driveway and bring me a new one. The store in Lincoln,NE needs to be revisited by corporate as many of their employees dont care about how they treat their customers. I am a solid customer and have made several big purchases there, but the service is sub-par. Hopefully you can rectify the customer service.

Honestly, one of the worst customer service situations we have ever dealt with. After 8mos, our refrigerator stopped cooling or freezing. The first contact with Samsung resulted in a repair person coming within one week. They said it was repaired, but it was not. The refrigerator actually got worse after the service visit, making noise from the compressor. We have now been over two weeks trying to get another service visit. Daily calls to Samsung, 3 advanced support personnel contacting me, with no resolution. The local service center has only an AI answering service and does not respond to emails. Samsung says the support center needs more information but there is no way to speak with someone to give information. It's a never ending loop of nothing getting done. At this point, I am extremely disappointed with Samsung support. During this process I checked Google reviews and realized that for the past 6mos or more, all reviews are the same situation we are in. I think Samsung is a good brand but be very aware that their support is severely deficient.

The refrigerator is great. BEST Buy service should be called BAD BUY!!! 4 times a delivery was canceled with no reason given. Then they wanted us to pay $600 before they wouldcancel our order and refund our money. I recommend the fridge but strongly urge you to buy it elsewhere!!!! I cannot stress this enough!!!

I purchased the refrigerator 12/26/2023 and there were several delays in delivery. No one from the customer support team confirmed a final delivery date, which was 02/06/2024. Corporate did not return my calls related to compensation for the delays. The refrigerator itself is a great product.
