Very happy with the model I purchased. However, delivery was not such a good experience. The first refrigerator was not delivered because it was dented in the compressor area. It never made it to my house. The second refrigerator was delivered 7 days later. We found out that the Sales person charged us for Delivery of the new and Disposal of the old but not Installation of the new. My wife had to pay $30 to the delivery guys for Installation. In addition when the unit was brought into the house one of the Crisper Drawers fell out and cracked. That prompted the delivery team to place another order for replacement parts. The ordeal ended approximately a month and a half after the purchase.

The first frig didn’t cool properly and I lost all my food as a result. This frig in working condition takes 4 hours to reach safe temps and more than 6 hours for the freezer to drop below 32 degrees. Controls are cheap and flimsy. When its finally cold it’s a large appliance but consider others first

This product worked great up until today 12/29/23. The temperature in the freezer section started to cool down and Best Buy stated that the total tech under my account could not cover this issue as it was at our rental property. It was not stated by Best Buy that this was not covered at the time of purchase. Hoping that they will change this policy.

It is a great fridge,but for the price the front should not be delivered with scratches that neither my family or the pushy delivery driver's seem to know how it happened. Made my complaints and of course nothing. Save yourself money by picking it up yourself. Delivery driver's were pushy and left in a hurry when i asked about the scratches.

Basic (3) door stainless steel frigid. NO water to leak. Plastic bins; drawers; No frills. Keeps items cold; Does not keep veggies crisp. Lettuce wilts quickly. Overall good item for the price

Big refrigerator. Only downside is that the glass in the shelves aren’t removable making it impossible to completely clean up spills.
