I love my Samsung Fridge, especially the 27" touch screen. So why the 3 star review? Because it's pretty limited in what you can do with it. It has issues connecting to local websites Ex. HomeAssistant. You can only install a limited number of Widgets/Apps on it, and by limited I mean they barely exist. They have also discontinued some of the features that were selling points like the AI vision for what's in the fridge. They have limited support for things like your doorbell cam or home automation. Doesn't support Reolink (currently or that I've found) menus could be easier, Bigsby seems limited in what it can do with the other devices (Stove/Dishwasher) at least it does not explain them well or offer options. "Turn on the Oven light", I can't do that, Turn on the Range light, I cant' do that. After 3 or 4 extra trys the you might hit the right command to do it. I like the 4 doors, the drink center, the different types of ice, the white glass doors don't show finger prints. The doors can open with a touch if your hands are full. It's a great fridge, but.... They really should have done better on the built-in beautiful touch screen. They can easily update this at any time. Sadly the pending update removes features. So, happy but disappointed.

I love the screen, I love being able to put pictures up and not have the typical mess of magnets. The only bummer is there's not a lot of apps you can use, and for some reason Samsung stopped supporting the ability to look into your main fridge. You can now only look at what's in your doors via your phone

I loved the refrigerator, everything was perfect, I love the bottom part, it can be used as a refrigerator or freezer, and it's very spacious, but after two months the screen turned off and didn't turn on again for no apparent reason.

We are thrilled with our new refrigerator! It's smart, stylish, and incredibly versatile. However, I rated it 3 stars due to the bad delivery experience. We were informed by BestBuy that we would receive a call or text when the delivery was en route, but after waiting for hours, the call we received was from the driver stating he was already at our home and could only wait for 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I was 15 minutes away, so I had to instruct him to leave the refrigerator outside our garage. It was extremely heavy, and my wife and I struggled to move it inch by inch inside. Adding to the confusion, I received a text an hour after the driver had left, indicating that my item would arrive soon. This sequence of events leads me to believe there may have been a mix-up or miscommunication in the delivery process.

It's a beautiful Refrigerator, I love it, very smart you can connect to you phone and everything but it's very small on the inside. It's made to looks beautiful works for a couple that doesn't cook much. And the AI view It's the worse thing ever, the cameras are pretty bad, the app can't even realize what are you putting there.
