We recently remodeled our kitchen to accommodate a larger refrigerator, and after extensive research, we were thrilled to find this Samsung model that seemed to meet all our needs. Unfortunately, upon delivery and installation, the temperature fluctuated significantly between 38-40 degrees, just like another reviewer mentioned. Needless to say, we were extremely disappointed. We contacted Best Buy immediately and were initially informed that a replacement would arrive the following Monday. However, the next day, we received an email stating the new fridge wouldn't arrive until Thursday, leaving us without a refrigerator for nearly a week. As a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience, we politely requested an extended warranty. Disappointingly, Best Buy refused, stating they were unable to do so. While we understand things happen, it's difficult to have confidence in a product that malfunctions on day one, especially considering its price point. We've always enjoyed Samsung products, and while we appreciate the initial promise of a quick replacement, we believe Best Buy could have demonstrated greater flexibility and customer service in this situation. We hope they reconsider their stance and strive to regain our confidence.

The first refrigerator did not work. Had to wait a week for another one to be delivered. Meanwhile our food we put in the first refrigerator went bad and they didn’t give us replacement cost for our spoiled food. Plus the new refrigerator only came with one ice scooper. Not happy with Best Buy service
