Have you ever met a person that was beautiful on the outside but ugly on the inside? Well that's what I got with this refrigerator! It worked for about 2 years with no problems. Then we started hearing loud bubbly popping sounds that would scary the B-JESUS out of you at different times during the day and especially at night. Technicians came to the the house multiple times but couldn't figure out what was causing the noise because everything was reading fine during their analysis. Well it finally took for it to stop cooling except for the freezer part for them to figure out that the compressor was bad. We got the compressor replaced and it still didn't fix the problem but hey the freezer worked and it still produced ice. Today which is 10/11/2024 come to find out that the fridge can't be fixed! WOW! I spent over $4,000 grand plus another $280 for the technical support plus time and suffering just to find out that it can't be fixed! I'm waiting now on a review to see what the next steps for me to get this thing replaced! To make a long story short, please purchase the extended warranty because if you don't then that's your gluteus maximus! Wisdom is knowledge and I just passed some down to whoever took the time out to read this! Take care!

I love the look of the fridge and the flex zone. However, spontaneously, almost daily, I hear a loud rattling coming from the bottom at the back. Samsung says this is the compressor and it will rattle as it winds up or down, but my rattle is awfully loud. Their support just gives me the run around and tells me it’s normal. But I’m 42, and I’ve NEVER heard a compressor rattle like this. I’m afraid of its longevity.

Works great, however there were no instructions that came with it to set up the automatic door open feature. Tried everything including going on line and still can't get it to work. Frustrating

Not really sure how the fridge will work. Ordered it about a week and a half ago along with a dishwasher. Never got a delivery date and when I called to ask they said they don’t know when they’ll be in or when they would be delievered. Changed it to in store pickup which will be a pain to move the stuff myself but at least I got a date for things to come in. Dishwasher was supposed to show up 4 days ago… didn’t come in and don’t know when it will be. See if the fridge shows up next Tuesday like it’s supposed to. Sucks to pay 3 grand for stuff and not have it and have no idea when I’m going to get it. If it wasn’t for the kindness of the people at my actual store I would have canceled already but I’m about ready to cancel my order and just go somewhere else.

Not made for talk people. 6'3 and getting ice is such a headache. You have to get in the floor to pull the ice rack and use it. Or anything from the lower portion as is goes into the fridge
