This whole process has been a nightmare, i bought this refrigerator the first week of July took them about 2 weeks to bring it to me, they sent the wrong size panels and bestbuy called me saying they would help fix the issue just to find out after being on the phone for 30 minutes that i needed to go into the store to have them fix the issues there and once I went into the store they tell me i had to call customer service and have them do it. It was a mess ! and they still sent the wrong panels 3 different times so they finally sent the right ones today August 12th and now I can tell my refrigerator panels are off by an inch on top and it's obvious. Im not much of a complainer but I'm paying way too much for this refrigerator for it to not be perfect as what it should be. Another thing I asked the installers to make sure the water that should be coming out from the refrigerator is working right and he told to just look it up on YouTube and I can figure it out myself. I wish this whole thing was a joke but this was my experience.

We’ve had this refrigerator for about a month and are returning it. While it’s sleek and modern, several usability issues make it impractical for daily use. Handles The lack of handles was our biggest issue. Both my husband and I instinctively reach for where handles should be, leaving fingerprints across the front despite the “fingerprint-resistant” finish. After a month, it still felt unnatural. Water Station Door The water station door isn’t intuitive. Without a handle, finding where to press or pull each time feels clumsy. What should be a simple motion becomes a small but constant frustration. Water Station Space The water station takes up a large portion of the left door’s interior. If you store a lot of condiments or ingredients, you’ll lose valuable space. The built-in pitcher is convenient, but the trade-off in usable storage isn’t worth it. Freezer Door Again, no handle. We didn’t realize how much we relied on a good grip until this design. It looks clean but feels awkward every time. Freezer Drawers Inside the freezer, the two-tier drawer system isn’t smooth. The top drawer for ice and smaller items blocks access to the lower section, so you end up fumbling around to reach what you need. Visually, it’s a beautiful appliance, but day-to-day function matters more. For us, the design choices sacrificed practicality for aesthetics, and that made it a return.

The refrigerator although very nice it is not fingerprint resistant and the filter is really hard to change not as easy at it looks! With Samsung I would recommend getting extended warranty! My daughter has the same one and is having problems with the filter too! Wouldn’t recommend!

I don't usually do reviews so I'll be brief. I like everything about this refrigerator except the pitcher and the bottom freezer. The pitcher is nice to have and I like how it refills itself but the lid slides off while pouring so I have to hold it. A new one would cost $206. Not willing to pay that much for a pitcher. The problem is the freezer. I called for service and had the rollers replaced 2 times already and still having problems opening and closing the bottom freezer door. I should not have to pull and push so hard to open and close. I cannot upload a video! Also, the freezer gets really frosty and the ice cubes are not as nice as the photos shown.

Its stylish and cool looking but other than that im not sure. This is the second one theyve delivered and it still has issues. Anytime you use the autofill pitcher the water dispenser side leaks in the door. So you have a pool of water eventually leaking down to the floor.

The title said Custom Panel Ready -> very misleading since the fridge came with no panels. You would have to buy your panels separately... First delivery guys said they cannot bring the fridge in because my front door was not wide enough and I have to pull the door trims out. I told them they can, but they still refuse to bring it in. HOWEVER, the second team did it in a flash..... Other than that, the fridge works well. Food is still with around 90F ambient. Just the experience that ruined the product...

Best Buy’s customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Claire, Joel, and the rest of the team are horrible. The supervisors are incompetent and they just blatantly lie. I will never purchase anything from this place again. Considering the amount of money I spend at this place you would think that customer loyalty would matter. But I guess not. You just lost a loyal customer.

Came with a lot of dents, surface-wise that were unseen due to bubble seranwrap covering. I mean it know it was a couple hundred off, but still paid 1500 for it. Otherwise unit itself funtions great.

I love the refrigerator makes to different types of ice. The refrigerator even have an alarm on it just in case you leave it open.

Fridge worked for a year then stopped cooling. Refrigerant leak was what was stated by tech. Good looking fridge, terrible performance. Ice making is slow. Can’t recommend buying another Samsung appliance
