Not a fan. It's crazy deep. I'm 5'8" & struggle to reach socks at the bottom. It plays a whole song when the load is done. The timer isn't really a timer, it's more like a suggested amount of time before the machine senses everything for you. Heavy duty setting showed like hour & a half, three hours later, still washing. The spin only, adds water & takes forever. And my clothes get tangled up in each other. Thinking about what I do like, it's pretty & runs fairly quiet. Overall, not a fan. In fact, I exhanged the set.
