[Employee of bestbuy] Buuut.. this TV meets a special need. I wanted to get something low profile that blends in with the surroundings.. and this can be it. If the lighting conditions are right in the room it will actually look like a painting on the wall and when that happens it's amazing and impressive. Where the TV isn't so good is with all of Samsung onboard software. My Klipsch "the five" speakers would not work until I turned off some of the software, and when the TV began glitching I turned off intelligent mode and it worked again. Not perfect but from a non fan of Samsung TVs I would say this fits a unique purpose that other TVs haven't tapped into. With all that being said, it's a Samsung led and the picture quality is acceptable, but my Sony OLED in my loft is vastly superior in terms of picture quality.

I purchased this tv to replace a 10+ year old Samsung, that really worked just fine honestly. This even at a 43” is a huge upgrade from that tv. I also had a 2015 curved JS9500 that had seen its prime long ago. This tv came with a mount that was easier than I made it to be once it was all said and done. I believe it you tried, you could have it hung in roughly 10 minutes, not even kidding. The tv does not come with a bezel, that is something you will need to purchase separately. I have an Xbox Series X. This tv kind of makes it obsolete. The game hub is easy to use and plays xbox easily without extra hardware or special cables. I plugged my ethernet cable into the one connect box and it works just as it should. I do not have cable, but with the Samsung tv hub, and a decent over the air HD antenna, I would wonder why anyone really needs satellite or cable. There are more channels that you could watch in a lifetime that are included free. That said the remote has dedicated hot buttons for Netflix, Disney, Prime, and the already mentioned Samsung TV Plus. Lets talk about the main reason people are interested in this tv… the Art!! This tv is so good at displaying art! It come with subscription service that has the first 60 days included. It seems that the art work is growing as time goes along. The likely issue is, that unless you continue to pay for it, it won’t do what you thought it should do for the reason you bought it in the first place. The matte screen is amazing, and Ibelieve that is the best feature of this tv!

Almost 5 stars, but you need to buy an extra large frame in order to actually make it look like a picture frame. Additionally the power light stucks out on the bottom of the TV and is very noticeable. Beyond those, the TV was easy to install with a few tools, the mounting bracket makes a lot of sense, and the overall quality of the TV is great.

This is a great product! Picture is great! Easy to set up. Very lightweight. Artwork is ok. If you want more variety of artwork you have to pay a subscription.

The tv looks very nice mounted on my wall. I only took away 1 star because the installer said the wire on Samsung Frame tv's can get hot and be a fire hazard when you install the wire in the wall, so I had to have a separate contractor come out and put tubing around the wire to decrease risk of fire. That cost more money, time, headache.

So far we love our new Frame T.V. It is very clear and we love the Art mode. The only downside is the Samsung television channels that are preloaded and cannot be removed. It is annoying when live tv suddenly activates when on the home page. Other than that, we love the television.

Exactly what I wanted and needed lite weight and easy to mount did it on my own

We had geek squad mount this Frame TV from Samsung in our kitchen. It’s an extremely cool and unique concept. When the TV is not in use the screen shows a classic work of art with a matte type finish. This new technology allows what would normally be a dark blank screen morph into art and blends into its surroundings. During sleeping hours, the screen goes blank to save energy. Sensors detect motion in the morning and a classic work of art returns. Highly recommend purchasing a coordinating frame to complete its blending in effect.

I’ve had my Samsung Frame for almost 1 year & I am so happy with it that I am getting a 2nd one for my other room. It’s was as easy to mount on the wall as hanging a piece of art & it sits flat up against the wall with an invisible clear cord connecting to the box. I can load my own photos with color mattes for the art setting or download from Samsung’s gallery. The tv picture quality is excellent & the sound is surprisingly good. I’m excited to try a brown frame on my new one.

I absolutely LOVE my Frame TV. I care about aesthetics and this TV has been a beautiful addition to my living room. But in addition to the great look, it is also intuitive and easy to operate. I downloaded the Smart Things app, so I can put my own pictures on the TV, as well as the ones I am able to get through the subscription. So fun!! I could not be happier with my purchase!

This screen definitely achieves subtlety and also performs excellently as an everyday TV. It's always fun to surprise guests when the living room artwork turns into a Netflix player! The screen is silent and cool, and if you can hide the brain box elegantly nearby, I daresay you need not even run the included optical connection cable inside the walls. It's barely noticeable.

Clean, elegant, and practical for any space. Looks phenomenal in my commercial room. Installation does require appropriate time and planning. I recommend using a self-leveling laser to ensure the mount lines up properly.

So this was a gift for my wife & she absolutely loves all of the art & the slideshow that she can make… Everyone that visits gets a preview of The Frame!

It really is picturesque for the price. Bought it for my kids and they love it!

The item arrived in great condition! After using this TV for 5 months, I can confidently say it was a great purchase. The quality is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

This baby is brilliant as a tv but I’ve found it to be a fantastic solution for a 4K monitor too! It’s exactly what I was looking for and more with its ability to blend in when not in use. I LOVE IT!!

This is my second Frame TV and I continue to be pleased with how it performs as well as how nice it looks on the wall.

Love this TV! I love art and this TV makes the art pop. I have it in my kitchen to view art and readily available to be used as a tv when I’m cooking, prepping, and cleaning. The sound quality is terrible but what u expect from a super thin tv. I connect it to Sonos Move speaker when in use and it’s perfect.

The TV is excellent and easy to hang. There is a little lag time when selecting art, but to worry about.

Exactly what I needed for my kitchen wall which is a walkway. It’s flush against the wall. Perfect!! Excellent picture with solar remote!!
